Hampstead Animal Hospital is top notch. We recently started taking our pup there after feeling dismissed by another local vet. The care and professionalism by every member of the staff was exceptional. Our girl needed major surgery and they kept us informed every step of the way. They took amazing care of this dog who does have a bit of anxiety. I cant thank them enough for their kindness. Thank you Dr. Storey and your team for making us feel like we were your most important client. We look forward to seeing you for many years to come.

Today was a very sad day for us. We had to put our beloved Alfie to sleep. I just want to thank all of the staff at the Hampstead Animal Hospital for their compassion and understanding of such a difficult decision. I only wish I could remember the names of all that supported us during this time. The doctor was so comforting to us as were all the other members of the staff that got us through this. I recently took my cats in for an annual exam, rabies, and leukemia shots. I had to go back in 3 weeks for a booster shot for all 3. Simple process, took cats out of crate gave them shot and put them back in. They charged me an exam fee for all 3 cats on top of the shot cost. When I complained and said they had recent exams and that today there was no exam given the response was "that is our standard of care". Appeared to me an opportunity to upcharge. Not the 1st time having a challenge with the front desk. I wont be back.

Awesome care and wonderful hours! The staff keeps in touch in a variety of ways for wellness care so you dont forget and if your pet has an issue, they provide a treatment plan in which you can choose how you want to proceed and select which tests, etc. you want for your pet, with the vet letting you the risk/benefits.

Dr Storey is amazing! He clearly knows what he is talking about, and takes the time to explain things to you. The reception and office staff are lacking however. Lisa ( receptionist) is very rude and unprofessional. I have left in tears because of the way that she speaks to customers.

What a wonderful clinic. Staff was so nice and caring. The Dr. Was exceptional. Ive been to a lot of vets because Im a traveling nurse. This clinic is one of the best.
