Ive had great experiences there and theyve been nothing but extremely kind to my Coco. As a matter of fact, 2 weeks ago I brought her in for her annual visit and spoke to the vet about my princess getting spayed. We discussed prices and I asked her how she felt about me taking her to MSPCA for that service. She said it was a great idea and that they are the most experienced in this. I was shocked that she didnt try to deter me from there and sell me the Banfield package. Furthermore, she explained to me in great detail, answers to several canine medical related questions. She went well out of her way to make sure I felt satisfied with my / Cocos visit. The front desk though....a little too ditzy sometimes...but if thats the worst part of it, I can deal with it!

This place is fantastic. We got our first family dog several months ago and did the puppy plan. It is honestly an outstanding value. They do all the necessary tests, vaccines, and provide all the heartworm and other medications you need. The vets we have seen and their staff are incredible friendly and professional. They are respectful of you and you pet and explains things to you in terms you can unerstand. Any time we have called with questions, they have gotten immediate answers for us or let us speak to the vet within minutes.

I would not recommend using this corporate nightmare of a vet. It was a nightmare - even though we knew exactly what was wrong with our puppy (we adopted him from the MSPCA) they insisted on doing expensive testing each time we visited. During one of our appointments the vet suggested that we hold off on vaccines as the puppy was small and on high levels of medication. Three visits (and close to $500) later the receptionist tried to take me on a guilt trip about the vaccines she was very rude.

This place is useless! My dog had an allergic reaction and they couldnt help at all. They couldnt even direct me to someone that could. I bought the wellness plan for the year and that was a waste of money. I should of known they were con-artists once the doctor couldnt even pet my dog. Not to mention the technician was disguised that she had dog hair on her. Thanks for nothing! All she needed was a dosage of benadryl from the REAL animal hospital.

Dr. Denault is absolutely the best vet in town. Shes so kind with our dogs. And incredibly realistic about the cost of care. All of the techs and front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. Weve never had a bad experience here. I love the wellness plans. It was probably the best decision we have ever made in regards to our pets health. We can pretty much take them in whenever we need to with minimal additional cost beyond the plan itself.

The care was great, got my pup all her shots, microchipped, and nails done BUT one of the ladies there (Think Liz, cant remember) was saying how tight my E-Collar was and I was trying to explain why it needs to be tight and she was just so rude and didnt even let me talk and just got more snippy. Dont mind the other people there but dont want her to care for my pup. Was disrespectful..

Love this hospital. When I moved to Attleboro, MA from Methuen, MA, I would travel the 1.5 hours just to bring my dog and cat to them! Now that I moved back to Methuen, I continue to use them. The vets are great and Ive always had great experiences with them.
