I recently switched from my vet In Hudsons to Compassion after being told about them by my neighbor. My first visit was actually in the middle of my dog being diagnosed and treated for pancreatitis and after my first visit my dog who for a week was really sick and apparently not being treated as vigorously as he should have been in Hudson.. however compassion took him under their care and treated him with numerous different medications and treated him for all his symptoms as well as the pancreatitis itself and no lie within 24-48 he was back eating playing and acting like himself again.. they were absolutely amazing to him as well as myself with getting an appt within 2 hours of my phone call getting my dogs records for me from the Hudson vet and I was only left to care for my pup and then get him to his appt with them... I absolutely LOVE ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS WHO I ENCOUNTERED SO FAR... their rates are a huge amount lower than my prior vet and I just felt 100% welcomed by them and snoopy was treated with the best care ever. The only negative part about it is that I wish I had switched a lot sooner than I did!!

I went into Compassion Veterinary Clinic as a brand new, first time customer. Having recently moved into the area, I was looking for a Veterinary Clinic for my cat and had seen great reviews online for Compassion. And upon my first visit, the secretary was extremely friendly and helpful. And the veterinarians looking at my cat both had very nice, calm and soothing presences. The appointment was informative and yet laidback - my cat and I didnt feel on edge at all! They were extremely helpful and answered questions and concerns - and they also talked to me on the phone during their busy days when I had worries. Ive only been able to see them a couple times - and will be going into my second visit this week - but so far they have been very kind and..well, compassionate! I definitely recommend them to people far and wide of the Marlborough area! Wonderful and supportive people who are there to help you and your lovely animal!

Ive been going to CVC since 2000. I couldnt be happier with the staff and doctors. They have such patients and care for each animal they see. What I like the most is that they have no problem getting rite down on the floor with my dogs and it puts them at ease being on their level. A good amount of the staff that was there in 2000 are still there today which is also a comfort to my dogs but myself also. I would not hesitate to recommend CVC to anyone who may be looking for a good and honest Veterinary Clinic. If one were to ask me why 4 stars & not 5, answer is simply in my mind I will never give ratings a best or worst. Another little tidbit I would like to add. When my Golden Retriever was stricken with the big C, and I needed to do what was best for him in 2011, I was very touch and still am today with the card I received from the entire staff and the comments they wrote about their experience with him.

My family has been going to Compassion for since 1998, I know this because this was the year I moved to Massachusetts from California. When youre in a new place you want a good vet for your pet, and fortunately I moved to Marlborough and found Compassion Vet Clinic. As much as I wanted to find a good doctor for myself, I wanted the same for my pets, and boy did I do good. I cant say enough about the Vets and the staff there...they have been there for my past and present pets. And their compassion/empathy for my pets and my family when weve had to say goodbye to our pets goes beyond their call of duty. I no longer live in Marlborough but I still takes my pets there. Im willing to make that 45 to 1 hour drive because that is how much I trust my pet family to be taken care of in the best way possible.. Also, their prices are very reasonable, which is a bonus.

My husband and I have been clients of Compassion Veterinary Clinic for more than 25 years, since we first moved to Marlborough. They have been there for all our pet crises and happy moments over the years. Dr. Patel and Dr. Barnes have provided the utmost of care to our cats and we are very grateful for such a modern vet facility so close to our home. Over the years they have not only been there to heal our pets, but they provide excellent boarding for cats as well as food and pet supplies. Whenever wed have to go away we always knew our kittys would receive the utmost attention and care when boarding with them. We cant say enough good about them. We highly recommend Compassion Veterinary Clinic to care for all your pet needs.

Winnie is such a well behaved dog...until its time to trim her nails, and then she turns into a tazmanian devil! They let me go in the room with her, which was wonderful because I could help keep her calm. They were also so gentle with her for the amount of thrashing and flailing around that she was doing! After a few minutes they got her to realize that it was ok and would be over sooner if she cooperated...she calmed down, they finished and she promptly forgave them when they gave her a treat. It was quick, easy, and cheap. We will definitely be back once Winnies nails grow back, and we plan on making Compassion our regular Vet!

Weve been going to Compassion for some years now for a family of cats. The entire staff, including reception, tech and vet, all play a significant role in the wonderful care theyve given our cats over the years. Weve taken them to the clinic for simple routine visits and for more complicated health care issues. On all occasions, everyone works together to ensure the experience is caring and thorough. The hardest thing to deal with is when staff members change, since they are sorely missed by us and our pets. Their name says it all ... "Compassion" ... Your pets are in good hands here.

I have been taking both my cats to Dr Patil at Compassion Vet Clinic for the past year. Both my cats have ongoing health issues and Dr Patil and his staff are just wonderful. Dr Patil seems to have some sort of magic going on with the cats. They Love Him! The staff are very accommodating and their communication, administrative and medical caring skills are top notch at this clinic. Myself, my husband and our two cats highly recommend Compassion Vet Clinic to anyone looking for "The Best" in the Marlborough area. Thank you Dr Patil and the Compassion veterinary team!

Compassion Veterinary is providing the best care my 3 cats have ever received -- to the point where I am appalled at their previous care in Eastern MA. This group is better educated and more mindful of their patients. I truly believe 2 of my guys would be dead now if we hadnt been referred to Compassion Veterinary so quickly after moving to Marlborough. The difference is amazing.
