Ive been going to this office since they opened and had been a very happy customer. A few years back we lost a dog due to brain cancer that was wrongly diagnosed by one of the vets there. When we called to tell the vet what the correct diagnosis was, she very callous. A few years ago our new puppy got very sick, they took X-rays but saw no blockage. She got very worse and we went to the emergency vet in west bridgewater. They saw the blockage and took proper care for her. Last Friday morning I called as my dog was in major pain from burns on her paws (the pads were peeling off). They said no need to bring her in, a vet will call you back. No call by noon so I called twice more; each time they said someone will call me back. No call back at all. Sadly I will be looking for a new vet.

Killed my 2 year old dog... We took our family dog to this vet since he was recommended to us through a friend. Our dog had been having issues with breathing so he underwent anesthesia to see what was wrong with him. As he was coming out of anesthesia, someone else came in with their dog who was having an emergency. Our dog was left in the operating room alone for about 10 min and when the vet came back, he was completely blue and had passed away. Had the vet had been more responsible, our dog would still be alive as it had been confirmed that he should have never died during that surgery. I do not recommend this vet to anyone unless you want to risk putting your animal in harms way due to an understaffed and irresponsible staff.

I own a doggie daycare and boarding facility in Middleboro. Chase veterinary hospital always goes over and above for any of the dogs in my care. I own 2 dogs who have needed their services on a number of occasions. The care they have received is outstanding. All the vets are professional and extremely competent. The office staff and vet techs have been there for ever. It is like visiting the family when I go in. I cannot speak highly enough of Chase Vet. Hospital!! Julia Dixon Pet Recess Inc.

I have loved the care from every vet I have seen at Chase! Their prices are amazing. When my dog needed surgery I was quoted 1k and up from 3 other vets. Chase did the same surgery for 400$ with meds and a checkup included! When my dog needed an ultrasound for potential bladder stones they included it into the office visit fee! Theyre amazing in so many ways! They were very compassionate when I had to put my 15 year old dog down. I couldnt ask for better vets. 5 STARS!

I have never had a bad experience here, I bring both my dogs and my cat. The office is clean, staff is professional and most importantly the vet care is affordable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants top quality and care at a price that is reasonable.
