I absolutely appreciate all of the staff and veterinarians at Old Derby Animal Hospital. I would-and do-recommend them on a regular basis! I cannot say enough good things about them. I have lived in 6 different states over the past 10 years and this is, by far, the very best veterinarian group I have been to. They give my dogs personalized attention and make sure they are having the care tailored to what they need. My mini dachshund was having bad back pain and difficulty walking/standing up. The vet put him on medication slowly to make sure he was able to get the right dose of medication without causing liver problems. Eventually when my dog passed, the clinic reached out to me with a note on how much they enjoyed taking care of Gossamer and I still go to the clinic for my other dog Sadie. My husband and I could be happier and really to do appreciate all of the staff at Old Derby Animal Hospital. We drive all the way from Kingston, MA to continue to see them.

Very caring staff and vets. Just recently, I had to make the decision to put my little 16-year old dog down. The vet spent about 30 minutes walking me through to the right decision. Then she left me alone with him for about 1/2 hour for us to say goodbye. Love Dr. Gorski. A week later, I had to rush my other little dog in because he couldnt breath. Dr Kimball was on duty and rushed him right in to get him calmed down, stabilized, and on oxygen. He then called the nearest hospital to have them ready. He even had me go out and get my car cooled down, helped me get him in my car, and put an ice pack to cool him down.

I just recently had my two Boston Terriers stay at the Inn at Old Derby for one week. I was allowed to bring all of their stuff, (bed, toys etc.) They were very well taken care of, one had to have meds while I was gone and his wound was all healed when I returned. Although I had an issue with Old Derby a week ago, regarding their fees that I was not aware of, it has all been straightened out and they were very generous in giving me credit for my issues. But I said it then, and still agree that their care was the best and I would definitely bring my dogs back when I go on my next vacation......

I have been taking my pets to Old Derby for 9 years. The facility is modern, immaculate, welcoming. The staff are always friendly & loving with my dogs and cat. The veterinarians are professional, knowledgeable & caring. Always taking the time to discuss concerns and give options for care. We love Dr Gorsky and see her primarily but have had great experiences with all of the doctors over the years. Veterinary care is a huge expense in our budget so it is very important for me to trust the doctors. I wouldnt take my guys anywhere else.

I was referred to this practice when we relocated to the Boston area three years ago. Really cant say enough great things about them. They are professionals who take time and listen to your concerns. Making timely appointments even that same day is so helpful. Number one is their experience and knowledge. The doctors and technicians always know the best course of action and you leave the office feeling confident in their advice and treatment plan. Highly recommend Old Derby.

The staff is always courteous though I do get the feeling that, if it were not for the money, some of the vets wouldnt give the care that they do. The kennel is downright awesome, with caring staff who understand your pal and will treat him/her with care and dignity. I wish they had more of a leaning to at least some effort at free or reduced cost care for those who are senior, disabled and/or low income. They practice in a very wealthy community and charge accordingly.

I have been really happy with the service at Old Derby. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with all the staff members from the front desk, to the Vet, Vet techs and administration. I have always felt like my cat was in good hands. I am also really liking the online store option to order medications. I get text reminders about appointments. I can’t say enough good things about the service and care they provide. I highly recommend checking them out.

Pure and simple an amazing facility with the nicest people, they are kind, compassionate, helpful and truly caring. My best friend loves going to ODAH, he is 13 years old and has been seeing Dr. Nicholas Warendorf all of his life...I dont know who will be sadder when my dog passes, Dr. Nick or me. If your looking for a veterinarian hospital, this is a very loving place. I cant thank them enough for everything that they do and have done...very blessed!

Excellent facilities and they take excellent care of my dog B.G. (Baby Girl). She is always so nerveous when we go to the vet but they take the time to greet her and give her all kinds of attention. The docter is patient and actually sits on the floor with her and makes her comfortable before he gets started. Not only do they take great care of her (most importantly) but they listen to me and answer all my questions! I wouldnt take her anywhere else!

We recently had our lab neutered. The experience couldnt have been more positive. The front desk staff, lab techs and the vet were all excellent in educating us on what to expect and easing our minds. The follow up call the day after surgery is proof that they genuinely care. Ive heard people say they are more expensive, but I believe exceptional service and care for a pet comes with a cost. Thank you to Old Derby for your wonderful service!

Great place with great people. Both my dogs and I love Dr. Gorski, she can get my dogs to relax with just a look. The staff is excellent and the care is professional. The building is clean and comfortable. The staff and the Doctors remember you and your pet as soon as you walk in the door. If you dont like this place there is something wrong with you!

The Team at Old derby are fabulous. Very nice, helpful,compationate and knowleable. I have been going there for about 12 years. I go to Dr Kimball most of the time but everyone else is very nice also. Dr Kimball is awesome, very calming with the dogs and explains everything well.

Always a great experience at Old Derby Animal hospital! The staff are all friendly and compassionate as well as super knowledgeable. I introduced my mom and her dog to them and she even takes her dog here for check ups when visiting from Arizona! Thanks Old Derby :)
