About 5 or 6 years ago we were looking to get a second opinion on our dogs cancer diagnosis for which we were given a very bleak outlook at that time. Well, we really hit the jackpot with H&W! Our dog was treated with conventional, as well as with holistic therapy and had two more years of a good quality life before she finally did die of cancer at 12 years old. We love the way our dogs are being handled at this clinic - always with gentle care and respect, the doctors keep up on new developments as far as veterinary medicine is concerned, and we appreciate that holistic medicine is incorporated into traditional treatments. The doctors always take plenty of time for examinations and to answer any questions we have and the staff is always friendly and courteous, as well as knowledgeable. We feel that our dogs really get the best possible care at H&W Animal Hospital and we would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care without hesitation! Have I mentioned that our dogs really like seeing their vet, and they are always greeted like old friends there?

Simply The Best! Dr. Hannah Wells, Dr. Emily Casey & the staff are extremely knowledgable and well-versed in both traditional and holistic medical approaches. Plus, they are just really good people who truly care about all of the animals and their humans. They have worked wonders for my three older cats and my golden retriever. Dr. Hannah was able to treat a skin/anxiety problem in my cat -- which no other vet could get a handle on -- by using acupuncture. Amazing healing within a matter of weeks. Also used acupuncture on my dog to help her heal from a torn ACL, helping us to avoid costly and painful surgery. What I love is that they are not locked into any one approach: if the situation calls for a holistic treatment, they will do that. If the situation calls for traditional solution, they will do that. I have sent many pet owners to them and every time, the owners come back and thank me thank me thank me .

Having a multitude of dogs (seriously) we have had several vets since we moved to Maine in 1990. Having become disappointed with our previous vet practice a friend here in Maine told us about Health & Wellness Animal Hospital in Hampton Falls and I can say, in all honesty, that this is THE BEST vet practice we have ever been to !! We are always greeted with sincere warmth and caring. Last September two of our dogs became very ill and we had to let them go. What could have been a very anxious time was easier to bear because almost every single staff person helped. I have never experienced that degree of caring from a vet practice. Our Flat Coat Retriever girl, who will soon be 13, is presently receiving acupuncture treatment from Dr. Emily Casey, when we arrive at the hospital she pulls me into the building, as do all of our dogs. They LOVE going there !!

Dr Wells and her staff are outstanding. Their knowledge and traditional as well as homeopathic care really adds dimension to what they can do for your animal. From the folks at the front desk, to the technicians and assistants to Dr Hannah Wells... they are terrific. We have 3 dogs with differing needs and all have been tended to superbly. Unfortunately, we just lost one of them and had to take her to an emergency clinic as it was on a weekend and after hours. The Health and Wellness staff sent flowers and Dr Wells called and went over the report for me and put my mind at ease that I had made the right decision. I would highly recommend Health & Wellness Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet.

We have been coming to Health and Wellness for 5 years. Dr. Wells and her staff have been more than wonderful. I have a mini doxie and a Jack Russell mix and my girls have had wonderful care from the doctors to the staff. Everyone is so caring and devoted to the animals...3 years ago I had to have one of my babies (Missy) finally put to rest. Dr. Wells and her staff gave me so much comfort in my loss they treated us like Missy was their own. I cannot say enough about the care my girls receive and I would highly recommend Health and Wellness to everyone..

This vet group is fantastic! I have 2 Shar Peis who have Lymes disease. Keeping them healthy is a challenge. The DMVs and staff are fantastic and very responsive to all of my concerns. They always talk to you, not down to you. I always feel that we discuss all of the options and then make decisions after all my questions are answered. The fact that you can get the holistic perspective as well as the western medicine is a plus. I cant say enough great things about this group and would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Hannah walks you through tough decisions with empathy and expertise. She provides a level of care for your loved one as if it were her own. She educates on me options in plain language, so I feel confident and supported in my choice. Unfortunately weve been to many vets, but Dr. Hannah is simply the best. All the staff measure up to this bar and its worth the drive. If you love your pet, this is where to go make sure they live out a healthy, long life.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this Vet Hospital; first when my nephews cat became ill suddenly and they went out of their way to help and also with my new puppy. Brodie is well loved at this clinic and I know he will be well taken care of there. Through all of his puppy shots and neutering the experience has been wonderful. The office staff is great, the techs are friendly and helpful and Dr. Casey was gentle and kind when examining him.

Best care in the world. My cats and dog are treated well, cared well and are all healthy thanks to this hospital. Doctors listen to concern, talk and show about care. Always a smile when you enter the doors and the facility is very clean. Staff members are all awesome as well as all the doctors here. Highly recommend.... Our beloved Sir Isaac Newton and Sascha Marie were handled with SO much sincere loving care, even in their passing. Now that we have attained a new four-legged family member H&W shall be his place of CARE as well. With Newton and Sascha we lived close by in Hampton.
