My girlfriend and I dropped off our cat to be neutered and to receive a distemper shot and rabies vaccination. The procedure was cheap and well-performed from what I can see. However, the reason Im giving them only two stars is that they never notified us when the operation was complete and we could bring him home. They were content to let him sit in his (undersized) carrier until the next day without ANY effort to notify us. Between 5 and 5:30 pm I placed about 10 calls trying to get ahold of someone and was finally met with a matter-of-fact snarl and no apology. I demanded the woman stay there and not close the shop until I arrived to bring my cat home. Anyone looking for these services will probably agree that pets are not just animals, but part of your family. I would appreciate if they understood that as well.

I had two cat fixed and cared for by the vets here. The cats were found and I care for them. one had a bad fight with something and was badly hurt. The staff was well understanding and caring with them and handled then with great care knowing the were very afraid . They called me every step of the way to let me know how all the surgeries were going they will forever be the vet for these two cat.

I dont understand how this place has 3.8 stars . I had both of my cats fixed and shots given from them. The care given and the cost are better than some vet places. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone..
