i have good customer service skills. i do not compromise HIPAA laws at all. i respect patient confidentiality. i like the revere MGH location because it is more laid back and across the street from the beach. there is a good chinese takeout across the street from the beach. i should apply to work here. i hope they give me a chance to work here. i would not mind answering the phone and forwarding their phone calls. i would keep numbers handy and be respectful and polite. i would greet the people walking in who walk up to the help desk. i think the place looks cheerful. i need to transfer my health insurance to these folks

When I am not able to get to MGH lab in Boston, I go to the Ocean Ave. Revere MGH lab for blood work. The staff there have always been very courteous and the facility is immaculate. I have been there several times and my experience has always been very positive. What I have witnessed, is the deplorable behavior of some of the people waiting to be seen. The staff there work hard and are very accommodating. Whats the problem if they are commensurating with their colleagues? That happens in every office. Give these folks a break! They are only doing their jobs under difficult circumstances!

I dread the day when I need to go to the lab, for blood, urine, the staff in that department that draws blood, are slowwwwww, socialize with each other not even considering that many, many patients are waiting. One of the worst departments in the center by far. Next gripe is when you are sick cold, etc. no one will juggle patients for you to be seen, the nurse advises you to go elsewhere, if I did not actually admire my primary care physician and her competence I would get my health care elsewhere. Dr. Laura Olsen is the best.

My friend went there to see a doctor because shes pregnant, and the black lady receptionist started asking her if she needed money, then the security guy trying to be a wanna be cop! Told her that theres no medical center there and did not let her pass. Revere Medical Center only hires people with bad customer service.

I really like everyone Ive met there so farEve,ryone has been so nice, and working in a medicine isnot always fun, yet everyone is patient and kind. Ive been lucky. My cardiologiist referred me there. Their job is a job for God, actually.

Just called, apparently they only have one doctor available and arent taking in new patients till August. Wonderful. -.- Will be finding a new place to go to.
