I saw Dr. Anu Isaac about 5 years ago and it was the worst experience I had ever had. She told me that my permanent retainer was life threatening (due to the inability to clean properly) and only way she would remove it is to give me invisalign. She tried very hard to sell it to me. She said that she couldnt "step on my Orthodontists toes." I advised her that he had passed away a few years prior, but still...Invisalign was my only savior apparently. So, I guess my "life threatening" retainer was better than potential crooked teeth in her eyes. Or, perhaps, the money she would have been given for selling invisalign to another patient was where her interests lied. She also concentrated on a sensitive area behind my 2 front teeth and it bled quite a lot. Then asked if I had leukemia. It wasnt an exaggeration that I looked like a lion after eating a fresh kill. I had blood all over my face. I was so upset, I cried. An extremely embarrassing situation. When all was said and done, she charged me $200 for the visit. Apparently my dental insurance didnt cover it. I never knew what it was for either. I was so upset I just wanted to leave that I forked over my debit card. Perhaps her practice is better now, but I still wouldnt recommend it.

Bad experience. I thought the supportive staff was friendly& nice BUT did not think bed side manner was a strength with the dentist as it should be. I was sitting there and then boom a needle coming at me. No direction or indication as to what was occurring or about to until I had to speak up and ask to be told what was going on. I got a bad vibe. I was told I had multiple cavities that needed to be filled but after not having any in 10+years with no signs, no sensitivity nor pain...something did not quite feel right so I went for a second opinion....no cavities at this time. Was my tooth going to be drilled in to for fun or?

Had my first cleaning at Coral Dental last week, as the location is very convenient for me. The staff was incredibly professional and the work the hygienist did prior to the dentist coming in was extraordinarily detailed and impressive. I was very impressed and unsure I have had a more thorough cleaning. Her constant soothing words were unnecessary for me, but I am sure very helpful to others and kindness poured out nonetheless. I will be returning for fillings, a whitening treatment, and future dental care with confidence.

DONT GO HERE. I went here for a filling, came home with immense pain. Turns out my tooth was cracked during the procedure, so I needed a crown. Went back twice for adjustments, but none of the problems were corrected, so I never went back. Since, Ive had two years with cold sensitivity, and finally went to a new dentist. Lo and behold, I was informed the crown placed was too high (even with two adjustments) and it was of the wrong type due to other reasons. ugh.

Awful awful awful! My mother and I came here and got fillings done & it hasnt even been 6 months since we got the fillings done and they have started to chip & cause decay as well. We had to switch over to Mass General who thankfully took care of the problem Dr. Issac caused my mother and I. They are such rip offs! Dr. Isaac is nowhere near gentle nor considerate of her patients. AVOID THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!

I have ALWAYS had great experiences with this office. Dr. Issac is wonderful and gentle. Her staff is awesome, they remembered me after not being in the offer in a year and a half! I have had fillings, cleanings and even a root canal here. I would definitely recommend this practice.
