I just had the worst experience ever. I had a 3:15 appointment and did not get seen until 4:30. My case was an urgent one and I was left in the waiting room with every staff member not recognizing the urgency to see the doctor. The worst thing anyone can do in a doctors office is overbook. And today, this office was clearly overbooked. If I have an appointment, then stick to my appointment time! Do not have me waiting for 1 hour and 15 mins for a 5 minute observation with the doctor. On top of that, there was no apology. I will NEVER go back to this place again.

I have had to wait at times, but I understand how busy this practice is. Last time I went, I was in and out in no time. Everyone has always been very nice and professional to me. I have been treated by Dr Ness for several years. Hes wonderful. Dr Moverman has also treated me and was equally as good. I have complete confidence in these doctors and the staff at this practice.

Rudest staff Ive every encountered at a Healthcare facility. The woman behind the desk was rude, and demeaning in her expressions. The staff spoke badly about patients right in front of them! Add if you couldnt hear through a thin glass window. They continued even after they were made aware you could hear them! If this is how they treat you in the lobby I wont be a patient!
