I have gone here before so was quite surprised. The front desk receptionist is warm and friendly. However, while having my eye exam the optomotrist made a very racial remark which really bothered me but I wasnt sure how to address this, at the time. After leaving there I decided I could not do business with this company so called to cancel my glasses and explained why. Once again, the woman who answered the phone was very kind and apologized...not her fault. I honestly thought I would get a call from the optomitrist with an apology for his blatantly racial remark, but I have not. I am a white female and his remarks were directed towards the African American population. I am still shocked that anyone who claims to be a professional will speak that way in front of a client. I will add that the eye glass technician was great. Also, looking around, the place is dirty and dusty, it does not appear to have been cleaned in quite awhile. Maybe the good reviews are based on the support staff and not the optomotrist.

Dr. Aleo was very charming and unguarded with his expertise. While some medical professionals assume that you dont care about the details and if you do care assume that you cant understand them, he was forthcoming and excitable. Very nice. However, I couldnt find any frames I liked there because of the small and narrow selection for men. This problem was solved by Paul who was able to help me shop online and get the exact pair I wanted. Great place, Ill go there again and again.

I have purchased all of my glasses for the last 8 years through Family Vision. I would not go anywhere else as all my needs as a patient and rather consistent buyer are always met and exceeded. My wife and mother in law turned me onto these wonderful brothers and staff who always are there to help. Theyre busy but will always have time to assist everyone who walks through the door. There isnt another option anymore for me and that feels wonderful, knowing your taken care of.

Dr. Aleo and the workers are really friendly. I needed a new specs so I went to this place. Appointment takes time, for me it took 7 days. I was impressed by doctor who not only diagnosis my eyesight but also provide important suggestions. Price for frames are moderate and lot of options are available. I got my specs after 7 days. Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment and the staff was very nice. They called me one day ahead as reminder. On the appointment they were helpful to fetch my insurance details. The doctor was very friendly and he figured out easily the correct number for me. They have pretty decent collection frames too. Now I am waiting for my new glasses to be ready!

I love the doctor. Hes very nice and knowledgeble and they have always fit me in on short notice (2 eye infections in 3 years). I like their glasses; I usually get fance glasses and got a pair of BCBG glasses that I love and last time really liked a Prada pair there. The staf is very nice and helpful

THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR CONTACTS! GOOD DOCTOR AND GREAT STAFF. VERY HELPFUL IF YOU ARE NEW TO WEARING CONTACTS THEY ARE VERY PATIENT WITH YOU BECAUSE ITS DIFFICULT WHEN YOU HAVNT WORN THEM BEFORE BUT THEY REALLY TAKE TIME TO SHOW YOU

I have been a patient since 1985. I have moved out of the area and tried other doctors, but I always come back. We live an hour away, but it is worth the drive. Very good with all ages. Highly recommend them to anyone.
