my bird had a broken blood feather and they took amazing care of him and let me stay as long as i wanted to make him comfortable and answer all my questions. great vet! i give it a 5 star rating because i am rating the actual vet, if it was overall i would give maybe a 3 or 4 because of how rude they were over the phone and how much extra, unnecessary stress was added. when i called very upset they were not understanding and just told me to schedule an appointment and when i did they told me they were booked for the next 2 days but somehow them having my last name made them have an oppening. would reccomend being nicer if they want more business, and not judging. i felt very uncomfortable and i should not be treated any different just because i am young. but the actual vet made everything worthwhile. will be coming back and im very pleased with all of the services and accomidations made for my bird and i

My hedgehog, Pickles, somehow was bleeding from his eye. I had taken him to an after hours clinic which unfortunately didnt help at all and was just a dent in my bank account. I called Dr. Bucks office as soon as they opened. They got me in immediately and I could not thank God more for what they did for me. Unfortunately Pickles lost all sight in his right eye, but Dr. Buck showed me my options and gave me the best possible treatment for my budget. My hedgehog is still getting use to the loss of his sight, but he is still alive to wake me up in the middle of the night with his claws scratching on his wheel. Thank you so much Dr. Buck! You are nothing short of a blessing!

Our recent visits to Dr. Kimberlee Buck with our "Skittles" , (military macaw) have been very reassuring. Staff is friendly & Dr. Buck is gentle, kind, and most importantly- knowledgeable about birds! We were referred to her by Valley Animal Clinic in Auburn- (Also excellent vet) Skittles encountered a battle with a dangling toy that wrapped his foot and has caused some nasty damage to his foot/claws. We are looking towards a good recovery as Dr. Buck assured us he may only lose tip of his middle claw! We recommend this Vet highly.

I found Dr. Buck because she is a certified avian vet. I took both my cockatoos in and was impressed by the professional but friendly service. Dr. Buck was clearly experienced and comfortable handling large parrots. One of my birds can be a bit difficult yet she handled him with ease and a minimal amount of discomfort to him. I did not feel at all rushed as I asked her questions and she answered them thoroughly giving easy to understand explanations. I would recommend her to anyone with parrots.

Wonderful, caring and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this veterinarian. After going to a Bridgeport vet for years, I finally switched at the beginning of the year. If I hadnt, my poor cat (Gizmo) most likely wouldve been put down. Doctor Buck did some research and found the best combination of meds and treatments for my elderly cat. Within days she was better, now shes 100% back to her normal self. The staff is very kind and caring. Thank you to every one of you!

This review is strictly for the office staff. I called with a concern with my bird and I am not local so I was hoping to talk to the vet for some over the phone advice versus traveling several hrs to see her. The office staff who answered the phone was extremely rude to me over the phone when I asked to talk to the vet versus making an apt. She hung up on me and refused to help me further. I love Dr buck but the office staff needs to change!

For a $65.00 Office call, Was expecting more than 2 minutes with the actual vet. She took my bird in the back and NEVER CAME BACK IN THE ROOM. Sent a Vet Tech back in with the bird. Never asked if I had questions or anything. The Vet tech and office staff Were VERY FRIENDLY, the VET SUCKED. Put the bird on an antibiotic. It got better for a week and as soon as antibiotic was done, IT DIED. WIll NEVER go back there. ~JAIME

Have had two appointments for my four month old puppy, including spaying. Employers as well as Dr Buck appear to be friendly, pleasant and very caring to my dog. Prices are a little high but quality of care appear high also. Clinic appears clean, bright & odor free. Would have given 5 stars in prices were a little lower,although I have not had a pet requiring vet care in over 20 years, so probably out of touch.

Very experienced avian vet. Took my 20 year old African grey congo,due to various things though out the years. I give them a A+. The staff was very welcoming. I called just recently about my guy having seizures,they said can you come now. Yes,I was there in 20 minutes.I was seen right away. The clinic cats there are beautiful and welcoming as well. I would highly recommend them. Dr. Buck is a excellent vet.

I want to thank the wonderful staff here. When my bird fell gravely ill the night before, with no emergency avian vets and no way to schedule an appointment, they managed to fit me into their busy schedule. A week has gone by and thanks to the medicine my little Acadia can walk again, shes eating and is almost back to full strength. All around kind people who are very passionate about their work.

Dr. Buck has been our vet all of our dogs life. While we have several veterinary offices closer to where we live, we still drive to Frankenmuth because she and her staff truly care about our Gracie and it shows each time we visit. I live 4 hrs away. .I have a cockatoo..all my local vets are afraid of my bird..lol they dont cut nails properly....all they wanted to sedate my bird to do it....noway. .there unfamiler with how to draw blood or other things ..I bring him once a yr to have a check up...love Dr buck..shes very comfortable with large birds..!

We love our visits to the veterinary clinic. Dr. Buck is WONDERFUL along with her FANTASTIC STAFF!!! The care that the office offers is amazing!!! When my standard poodle was very ill, the entire clinic was very professional and concerned. What more do you want but outstanding treatment and care for your pet.

Love this office. My bearded dragon suddenly had a problem breathing and they made time for us to come in. Made him comfortable as they could they tried everything for him but nothing worked. Passed away the next day but they were so respectful of me and my little guys body. Amazing vet.

Dr. Buck is fantastic. I have an exotic pet (tortoise) and finding a vet who can handle these creatures is difficult. Finding one I trust is even harder and I love Dr. Buck. She come across honest and sincere, my tortoise isnt freaked out by her and I understand what she tells me.
