EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Due to hours and the time needed for new patient, I had to have a day off work in order to be a new patient and get a massage AND be seen by the chiropractor. I made an appointment for the massage - they said I could get the massage before or after but that it would be available. I tried to make sure I had an appointment and called last week "yes you have an appointment for massage and a new patient chiropractic session come in anytime after one 1:15 youll see the chiropractor before or after your massage, either way. I confirmed my new patient appt and massage more than twice, because I have to take a day off work I want to make sure its worth it (besides our critical civic duty of voting) Now Ive already confirmed my appointment the morning of, then Duncan chiropractic canceled my appt via a phone message. Now I am in their office, filling out paperwork ever hopeful and relieved to finally be there after a month of waiting . They call me up, and say "we cant do the Massage". I said but I made this appointment over a month ago and have confirmed it a number if times. Their response was"we left a message earlier today" You see, they phoned while my phone was off (because I was in line to vote) and cancelled. I had already CONFIRMED my APPT just this morning (again) then they went and cancelled with a phone message ....mind you, they DID NOT try & reschedule for me, not "so sorry please come back another time well work with your schedule or make it work out for you with a late appointment or Saturday appointment " or anything, nope just "too bad,we left a message". I am seeing red - in a horrible pain was looking for relief have been waiting over a month and they just blew me off like I was a speck of dust.

I booked an appointment two weeks ago, when I arrived there was no power due to a wind storm, there was a Dr. available but no masseuse available, I was not notified prior to the appointment. It really wasnt a problem since it was totally understandable due to the circumstances. I rescheduled for the next Monday. When I made the appointment I specifically asked to see the Dr. prior to my massage, when I arrived I was told I would have to have my massage first since the Dr. wouldnt be available until afterwards. I stated my disappointment, but the clinic tech informed me that there wasnt a Dr. available, but I could pay cash for my massage if I didnt want to see the Dr.? I decided that maybe Duncan was not the place for me to do business and I left, while leaving the exam room, a Dr. was leaning on the counter speaking to one of the female employees in what seemed to me a personal conversation. There was no sense of urgency, nor was there any patients waiting in the waiting room. It all seemed very unprofessional. I tried to make this appointment twice, and each time did it work out for me. I believe that maybe this was a sign and I decided not to pursue future appointments with Duncan Chiropractic.

My wife and I have both been patients of Duncan Chiropractic group. In 2008 when my wife was pregnant with triplets, Dr. Duncan was able to alleviate her severe hip pain and lower back pain. Then, in April of 2010, after never having experienced any back problems in my life, I was suddenly stricken with back pain that literally made it almost impossible to straighten up out of bed in the morning, get in and out of my car, etc. In the span of 3 visits, Dr. Duncan and his staff completely healed my back. I have been completely pain and symptom free since. The staff at Duncan Chiropractic is professional and personable at the same time. I was nervous at my first visit, but they put me completely at ease. By my second visit, I was on a first name basis with them. Unlike the cold, impersonal feeling you get at many Doctors offices, the staff at Duncan Chiropractic treat you like a friend from the first moment you arrive. I hope I never have any further issues with back pain, but if I do, its comforting to know that Dr. Duncan and his staff will be able to fix it quickly and painlessly.

I agree completely with Jane, another reviewer. The doctor talked to me for 15 minutes and would not do anything or discuss any treatment until my next visit, which HE informed me would be 3 days later. At that time, he would tell me "The Plan". Then he sent me into another room where an unsmiling, uncaring "somebody" (I never knew her title), put me on a stretcher with a roller on it for 5 minutes. I doubt the girls (and I call them "girls" who work there as I didnt see any woman employee over the age of 25) were oh so giggly at the desk, stuffing their faces with cookies, and could not answer any questions regarding future costs of treatments. I doubt they have any professional medical training; if so, they are straight out of school. The visit did NOTHING for me, and for this pleasure I was billed $79 in the mail. I felt the whole thing was a scam and I never went back for the second visit to hear "The Plan." I would NOT recommend this place to anybody, and have, in fact, told all my friends to stay away.

I went there in July, 2014 because I was in a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. After sitting there waiting for 20 minutes, x-rays were taken then a doctor came in the room and informed me he was not going to treat me that day, and that I would have to come back next week! All they did was have a worker apply a hot pack on my shoulders and leave me in a room and never come back. I finally left on my own. The charge? $182! Heres the breakdown. $79 for being a "new patient", $120 for the so-called exam (which consisted of nothing but a conversation saying I wouldnt be treated), $50 for the x-rays, and $12 just for applying the hot pack. What a rip. Clearly this place is only interested in generating as much revenue as possible while providing the least service to patients. Save your $$$$ and go elsewhere.

I came into the office about a month ago because I have had constant neck pain over the last week. I have been to several other chiropractors and they usually have had a difficult time adjusting my neck into place, but the doctor who treated me at Duncan was able to get my spine back where it needed to be. Most importantly, it stayed in alignment for far longer than any chiropractor Ive ever been to. Also, since Ive been to other chiropractors, I can attest that the equipment is top-notch and, while the time I spent with the doctor wasnt a "long time" (about 15-20 minutes), I appreciated the fact that it was extremely efficient and saved me time so I could get on with my day with less pain! Also, by making the appointment more efficient, it saves me money which is another bonus. Thanks again guys!
