I usually dont write reviews and when I tried to do this one I had to set up a google account first but Ash Vet Clinic is totally worth it!!! I have been going there for over 5 years and always knew they were great for many reasons, but I really appreciate the care for ALL of my creatures. They treat so many different pets- not just cats and dogs. Try finding one vet that will see my cat, dog, rabbit, and iguana in the same visit? No one in the area will even see the other 2. I called them on a Saturday to see about getting some medicine for my dogs skin but I couldnt bring him in that day. Dr. Broschay did ask to see him but understood that I couldnt come in and promptly gave me some medicine to get through the weekend until the next week when I was able to go there. It made all the difference and Butch began to clear up immediately! The girls called me right back which was surprising as well. The last time I took my cat in, Dr Broschay and the nurses made her calm because you can really tell how much they love the pets there. The girls at the front desk are so kind too. My kids favorite part of going there is the complimentary snacks and drinks while we are waiting. How nice! I used to go to a nearby big clinic but happily left because of their rude staff and difficulty in making an appointment not because they were booked up but because their doctors are not flexible with their schedule. I also did try to go to other newer clincs because I was told they were cheaper but quickly found out that I couldnt understand the one doctor and the other clinic while everyone was nice, I wasnt impressed when my dog needed an explore surgery of his stomach and the doctor said she wasnt comfortable doing it. I called Ash and they said to bring him down immediately and they did surgery after the clinic was closed so I didnt have to go to emergency or the specialtty place. I was so appreciative after I found out how much the surgery would have costed me at those places. In a nutshell, the care is excellent, the staff and doctor is excellent, and the prices are good too. Thank you Ash Vet for always being there for my beloved children.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. The vet seems like a caring person and doctor, and she was very sweet with my pet rat at her first checkup. But I am unhappy with how the staff handled her euthanasia. They didnt seem very concerned or sensitive about it at all, and they didnt explain the process to me or tell me what to expect. The vet had been busy with a client after performing surgery, but Im hopeful she would have handled it with more sensitivity. I left feeling very upset. For pet rats I would recommend All Creatures Animal Clinic in Ann Arbor. It is very much worth the drive -- the staff all adore rats and they were so incredibly kind to me when I had to put my other rat to sleep. Also, my friend has brought in a chameleon and quaker parrot, and while she found the staff to be kind and helpful, they didnt seem to know how to care for these pets even though they said she could bring them in (they offered her chameleon a blanket to warm it up, when chameleons are cold-blooded).

Since I first started going to this clinic I have had many communication issues. We would call and request certain procedures be completed and when our dog was brought in by a family member, other treatments were given instead. Everything was always reviewed clearly on the phone but when the day came and our dog was brought in, all of it changed. Medicine that we never agreed to give our dog, was given to her more than one time. We were charged for this and it took over a month for them decide to give us a reimbursement. They give too many shots and care only about the money. I will not be returning.

Waited over an hour and 40 minutes (waiting room was empty) just to get two overpriced estimates (one being almost 900 dollars) for my dog. This was after they told me that they would "work with my budget". Asked to speak to the vet directly about it and she never came back. Was too busy "finishing up" with another customer for 30 minutes at check out while my dog was bleeding and suffering in pain. I paid the office fee and walked out. Went to an emergency clinic in Allen Park that charged me 200 dollars less. Never again.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Broschay! She is wonderful! She treated my fur babies as if they were her own. Shes very kind hearted and caring towards her patients. The thing I liked the most is that she took the time out of her personal time to text me and email me everyday to let me know how my baby was doing. I have never been to a vet that actually cares about there job and there clients as much as Dr. Broschay and the rest of the staff do! Ive been to about 5 different vetenarians and Ash Vet is the only one I recommend!

This office is the most wonderful experience. My dog absolutely loves Dr. B. She is usually miserable and hates going, but Dr. B and her staff truly love the animals. This is a calling for them not a job. Everyone should take their special animals here. The bath and brush is wonderful and inexpensive and my little girl always comes out with a season appropriate bandana. If you love your animal, bring them here.

If I could give this business a 0 star rating I would. Its such a rip off! They had my brother and I wait 3 hours just for a x-ray and a bottle of pain meds for our dog, mind you, there was no one else in the waiting room. They also charge $60+ for staple removal when the vet clinic in Flat Rock doesnt charge anything. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

The staff and Doctor are extremely nice but I recently lost my job and since the doctor was on vacation when I wanted to put my puppy on their $60 a month plan so I could still care for her they refused, great staff but Im extremely disappointed they would turn away caring for an animal.

This vet is completely on a power trip. Full of herself. Will try to get as much money as she can from you. Have heard horror stories from a former employee about mistakes in the operating room that she tries to cover up. Rude staff

I called to ask a vague question The receptionist would not ask a doctor only said I had to make appt I explained we dont have puppy yet we are traveling far to get her from a breeder Wont be choosing this vet for my new puppy

The vet is so nice and loves animals, and the office staff are very nice and helpful. They can be a little expensive but you pay for quality.

Definitely over charged me for a simple skin condition.. over $600 for a rash? Will never go there again..
