My first to the practice was with my daughters medical service dog. He had been ill and the vet in Indianapolis was not a help, so my daughter asked me to bring him back to Michigan to see a vet. Willowood Acres was recommended and I couldnt have been happier. Staff was friendly and courteous, all questions were answered completely, treatment was thoroughly explained, and I received a follow-up phone call to check on how the dog was doing a few days after our appointment. We will definitely be using this vet even though the dog and my daughter live in Indianapolis.

Been going to willowood from the day they opened. would not take my pets to anyone else.Dr Welti is without a dought the number ONE VET in the USA .There is no one that could hold a candel to him and his staff.want your pet cared for for REAL/then go to willowood.the staff are so intouch with you and you love for you pet and Dr Welti and staff are the most careing i have ever met.. THANKS DR WELTI AND STAFF FOR ALL THE YEARS OF CAREING YOU HAVE GIVEN ME AND ALL YOU HAVE DONE THE BEST

Had a sick cat that was itching himself to the point of seizures. they charged $500 for a battery of tests that they never clearly listed, and came back with the answer of we dont know. Ended up taking the cat to a cat clinic in Ann Arbor and the vet did a visual inspection of the cat and determined it was ear mites. Charged 10 bucks for some medicine and the cat was cured. This happened probably 5 years ago, but Id never take another pet to this place.

I was so touched by Dr. Buehler when she helped my cat go to heaven, her compassion and love she showed him and me was beyond anything I could have wished for. I now only visit Willowood Acres for all my animals and have recommended them numerous times. Every time I am there, it is more than obvious that they dont do what they do just for the money... They do what they do, because they care.

Our dog was diagnosed with bladder stones. Her current vet had left the practice where we had taken her before. So, we went to Willowood acres on a referral from a friend. They are very kind and professional. There is a separate waiting room for dogs. The surgery was very reasonably priced. Our dog came out of it in great shape. Happy to find a new vet we like so much.

I came in to see Dr Welti for a chiropractic appointment for my dog Gracie. Her back legs would give out and at times she was barely able to walk. Dr Welti adjusted her and shes back to her normal perky self. Willowwood Acres is the first place you should come before any unnecessary surgery for your pet. Thank you Dr. Welti, and all of the staff.

A Private User

This is the place to go if you want your dog/cat to be taken care of using the latest laser technology. Its remarkable how quick the recovery time was after my dog had his ears cropped. They are a bit pricey however you get what you pay for. They make worth the extra 10 or 20 dollars. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a comasionate vet.

Such a great professional and welcoming place. The dogs have a separate waiting area which is so much easier on my cat. The vets are both excellent and they really care (cheesy but true)! They were able to accomplish in 3 weeks, through instructing me what to do, what the previous vet said would take hospitalization. You will not regret coming here.

Been a long time customer. Have been without pets for about 7 years and now have 2 puppies that I am very happy to take there. Service is excellent, they love my "kids" and everyone there is always very helpful, especially when I bring them both at the same time! And as a user of alternative meds and supplements I couldnt be more pleased!

Worst vet ever dont take your animals here. I took my dog here for a lump and they misdiagnosed it and said it was anal glands and when I went back they said no it was a mass and it would pop. I took my dog to another vet and come to find out it was cancer. Very unsatisfied I would not recommend this vet to anyone!!

Very cold towards my sick dog. Inferred it was my fault for not purchasing their overpriced services seemed more interested in selling "services" than helping my Sam. I will Never go there again unless its a life or death emergency. Given the choice Id advise to go somewhere else,.

I have been taking my pets to Willowood Acres for about 20 years. They treat you and your pet with respect. I actually had one dog that loved going to the vet because they were so nice to her. She would practiacally drag me in the door. The staff if knowledgable and friendly.

Ive gone to Willowod Acres for years. The docs and staff are very attentive and compassionate. They helped us dealing with a wonderful dog that unfortunately, had to be helped to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Never a problem getting in to see the doc for urgent matters.

Went there to get my cats teeth cleaned. Been financially burned by OTHER vets in the past, so I asked for a written quote before any work was started. After they tacked on a bunch of add ons, the quote came to just under $1000. Grabbed my cat and ran for the door.

I have been going to Willowood Acres since it open. I have never had any problems. The staff goes out of there way to help you. If you have to get in to see a Dr right away they get you in. They all care for the animals. Would never go anywhere else.

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Bad experience with low expectations. Still getting alerts for checkups on my pets whom passed away years ago, very unprofessional and I have made them aware of the situation on more than one occasion.
