THEY COMMITTED FRAUD. Ive had several treatments from this clinic in the past. Several root canals and crows done here went bad and required repeat interventions. They told me that I have to pay out of pocket for the mess they have created (it will cost me thousands of dollars AGAIN). Recently they kept sending me a bill of $160 which didnt make sense so i literally called their office 9 times and left 9 voicemails...ZERO RESPONSE. The bill increased in size due to non-payment so i finally had to drive 15 miles to the clinic to ask them about it and they told me that one of the treatment estimates they had given me was wrong and that my insurance didnt cover for that treatment. THIS IS FRAUD. During the visit, you tell me that my insurance covers for the treatment first (with a small copay), i get the treatment done and then 2 months later, u send me a bill saying that i need to pay for that treatment because my insurance didnt cover it. THIS IS PURE FRAUD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC.

I would AVOID this company. As a past dental assistant, I am thankful for Medicaid Dental benefits. My experience at this office was better than no dental care. The waiting times were always one to three hours. One visit lasted five hours for a punctual scheduled appointment. I saw five dentists over two years. The unsatisfactory procedures were corrected by two free crowns. Today, I am waiting at another dental office to have one of those crowns or maybe both replaced because of bulky, leaky margins. Your dentists should NEVER write a prescription for a patient for penicillin that could cause a deathly allergic response. That is malpractice. When this occurred I pointed to my chart and received a new script and " sorry, I forgot to look".

I had a VERY pleasant experience at this dental office. I was very afraid to even come in but I had a bad toothache that I couldnt ignore. When I arrived I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist . After being put in the chair and talking with the nurse and doctor, I felt more comfortable. Had to get a tooth pulled but with both of their help I was able to get thru the process just fine. I would like to thank Candace and Dr. Abouhassan for being so wonderful and helping me with my nervousness. I would recommend this dentist office to everyone I know. Again thanks so much!!!!

This establishment needs to be renamed "Genocide Dental". I went in for a root canel and I felt everything. I have been to this establishment four times within the last month almost and they havent finished anything! They have only been working on two teeth mind you. One needed a root canel and the other needed a filling. While I was waiting in the back to get my root canel I heard a child screaming and hollering. Needless to say I will no longer be going to Genocide Dental. The dentist there is a disgrace of the highest order!

The office staff was incredibly rude. I arrived for my first appt and completed a mountain of paperwork, and waited for a very rude hygienist. During my visit it was recommended I return for a cavity filling. I was told to call to make an apt the following day because my info wasnt in their system. That was three months ago. I called three times and never got through or received a call back. At this point, I want nothing to do with this company and would never suggest them to anyone in my life.

The worst ever I have straight medicade.I went in for getting my teeth cleaned they told me I needed a deep cleaning and my medicade do not pay for deep cleaning.I only need regular cleaning the cost is$1188.00 That was the second time .The first time I went in for a cleaning they tried to give me a root canal that cost $890.00 and crowns cost thousands more what does that have to do with cleaning my teeth Each time nothing done and I pay for a copay everytime I visit I will never go back.

The staff were really nice and the facility was clean, but I just had issues with the efficiency of the clinic. I got there around 2:10 for a 2:30 appointment because I was a new patient. It took me five minutes to fill out the forms, but I did not get seated into an examination room until 3:30. They were able to squeeze me in for a cleaning which was great, but overall, I was physically in that clinic from 2:10 to about 5:40. Kind of a rough way to spend a free afternoon

A year ago this place had the most unprofessional staff in the world Ill make an appointment, be on time, and not be seen until hours later. But...now I LOVE THIS PLACE. Its start from the front desk, these ladies are gems. They make you welcome to ask questions and they are very friendly unlike the staff from last year. All the staff makes me wanna come more than twice a year. I will definitely recommend this office to all my friends and family.

It was a coincidence that I found this dental online close to my work. Surprisingly the service is very accommodated, I tried to tell them my difficulties they tried their best to help including the Dr. Manager and the whole staff. The most important thing is I was so amazed with my filling results. Better then all the years before, I will definitely keep coming. The staff are very friendly and nice. The Dr. Is responsible and professional.

I love Gentle Dental! I came in as a same day appointment and I was treated so very well!! My problem was handled IMMEDIATELY, and I feel a much better about myself. Ms. Nicole was extremely encouraging, friendly, and a great staff member. I loved my Dr. Hanan! Shes on top of everything and wants the best for her patients! I definitely recommend this place!! Please visit!

I really enjoyed my experience at Gentle Dental. The staff was very professional and friendly. Shanekquah and Dr. Hanan were amazing. Through my entire treatment they made sure that I was comfortable. They also did a very good job explaining the process as they were preforming the treatment. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Gentle Dental.

Please Do Not use this dentist service. They are the worst dentist you could ever want to use. Poor service, not consideration of timing. They lie about everything. They staff is amateurs that need to go back in training cause they all over the place. No communication between them. Just bad! Visit them at your own risk n you will see!!!

They are the worst ever! They charged $1400 on my insurance for just a regular cleaning! I strongly discourage anyone considering going here! These people are the worst greediest people I have come across! I am thinking to file a complaint! I see lot of people have had similar experiences here. Someone should stand up and question!

My Dental assistant was Shanequah and she was really nice and answered all my questions while talking my X-ray pictures. Dr. Hanna was also very kind and answered my questions because I had a million of them. And Tonya did my first cleaning, she was nice and gentle and didnt take long. Everybody was very nice and professional
