This man is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He is willing to NOT refill patient prescriptions and to allow them to be on jeopardy of their mental health and high blood pressure. This man should not be practicing. A voodoo witch Dr would be a better choice than this man!!! I have reported him to both the claimed affiliated hospital and the state. And yes, I was an existing patient ( over 5-6 yrs) and had an appointment..... I simply needed enough medication ( maybe 2 weeks worth) till my appt on 8/11. This man flat out refused to call my pharmacy to help... and claimed if " Coming to see him was such an inconvenience I should find a new Dr" well Dr Gross, not only have I done that... but I will also report you to every known licensing faction for your behavior and lack of moral dignity. You dont allow a patient that takes 400mg of Wellbutrin to go without and not share in the reprocudsions of what could happen to that person. You dont mess around with a patient that takes anti anxiety/ antidepressants for their mental health!! Beware of this man!! Hes a cretin and a charlatin !!!

Saw Dr. Gross about seven times during the summer of 2015 I had a severe cough, post nasal drip and mucus production in my lungs.Dr. Gross was convinced it was allergies and treated me as such with no improvement this doctor would not take x-rays or run test. in one of the visits I couldve swore he was drunk I ended up in the emergency room with pneumonia and during a CT scan they found I had COPD and emphysema I would not recommend Dr. Gross

Been a patient with Dr gross and staff for over a year, friendly staff, on first name basis by now. Dr gross may seem to take a little while but you come to see that its because he is very detailed in his care and treatments.
