I love Dr Narvaez, but the girls at the front desk are next to useless, the receptionist whos native language is Spanish and is hard to understand and impossible to hear through the glass window. HELLO!!! Ive been coming here for 1 1/2 years, Im hard of hearing. Paid 190.00 for bloodwork done in the office. I stopped at the front and they said come in next Wednesday for results. I have no insurance, dont qualify forObama plan because I busted my ass for 32 years as a cook and my husband works50hours a week which disqualifies me for affordable health care so the people who play the system and scheme to get disability, Medicaid, food stamp, many of them perfectly able to work but choose to be lazy and screw the system. Those people get free$$free EVERYTHING!!!! I asked if they could please call me with the results. She didnt know. A nurse called the very next day and said come in tomorrow to see Dr for results. An office visit charge? For the second time, "IDK, call you back tomorrow INEPT

The WORST place Ive ever been with concerns about my health. Had two visits of chronic back and chest pain and NOTHING was done about it. I dont even know how this place is still standing.. oh wait.. ITS BECAUSE THEY ARE CONNIVING! Money stealing. Utter waste of time.
