WORST office I have ever had the misfortune of going to. I had to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor even though I was early for my appointment. They also charge $70 for a co-pay. After waiting 45 minutes I then had to wait another 10 for the doctor to come into the room and when she did finally walk in, she didnt even look at my skin. From across the room she immediately gave me a prescription, glanced at my face, then walked out. Again, she didnt even bother looking at my skin. When I went to pick up the prescription they had messed it up, TWICE! I had to call them twice to correct my prescription. Then I got a $300 bill. $300 dollars for 5 min with a derm who didnt bother to talk to me or even look at my condition, for them to mess up my prescription and having to wait a few days for them to correct since they couldnt get it right the first or second time. DO NOT go here.

I should have heeded the previous reviewers. The staff members were impersonal, the front clerk was cold and aloof, and Dr. Westgate had the bedside manner of a tick. She spent all of 8 minutes with me drily reciting textbook answers before rushing into another room. No hello or similar greeting, no goodbye - just left. I didnt even realize we were done until she failed to return. Its glaringly obvious they dont care one bit. She never once spoke my name and probably forgot me 2 minutes before she left my appointment! I dont require my doctors and office staff to be overly friendly or conversational - just courteous, respectful, and to treat me as an individual, not a number. Forefront Dermatology is a shining example of people working at a job for which they lack the requisite skills and compassion. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this location.

Terrible compassion for patients. My Dr is great but the rest of the staff have shown no empathy in the only time I was running late for an appointment. Ive never waited less than 20 mins to be seen and the only time I was 15 mins late and even called prior to the appointment, driving from 45 mins away, I was turned away rudely with no mercy. Im very disappointed with service and lack of customer concern. I travel out of town too much to do the back and forth and no one in the office could understand that??? I should have heeded to the other reviews.

Dr. Westgate was most pleasant from the moment she walked into the exam room. She greeted me as if we had previously known each other, like old friends. Dr. Westgate listened patiently as I voiced my problem to her, never cutting me off nor rushing me along. She assembled a through History of my condition and then proceeded to do a close examination. I received her Assessment and Treatment Plan directly from her. I left feeling confident in her exam and treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Westgate for any dermatological concerns.

Saw Dr. Westgate for a suspicious mole, she took a biopsy and sent it to pathology. Turned out to be melanoma as she suspected and I would have to come back for a wide excision to make sure it was all removed. Nobody wants to be told they have cancer at 28, but Dr. Westgate was great and made sure to answer any questions I had and the office staff was great fitting me in right away for the excision.
