I just called to schedule an appointment. Today is JULY 22 2016. Their FIRST available appointment is DECEMBER 2016, possibly JANUARY 2017. are you kidding me ?? I even said that to the receptionist, "that is ridiculous, you do realize its JULY?" she acted like I was the one that was crazy. However, "hinted" that my primary physician could call and talk to one of their doctors, like that would possibly get me in sooner. I think this is a disgrace and totally unethical way to practice medicine.

Cancer Hope

I have being a satisfied patient of this practice since it opened. YES, they are crazy booked up. Why? Because Dr. Mohney and his staff are thorough, knowledgeable and up-dated with tech. As a redhead, I have much sun damage and their treatments on suspicious pre-cancers have undoubtedly saved my life, with at least 4 that turned up basal cell. They treat me like a person and tolerate my sense of humor. Joe from Oshtemo.

Be aware to deal with the most unprofessional and rude customer service starting and mainly with their receptionist!! Thats when and if you get to speak to them! I definitely will not recommend their doctors either..hope this helps anyone who reads this.

I agree it is very difficult to schedule an appointment. The office is clean. Staff very friendly. Dr Jessica Liggett very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend her and SW Dermatology.

My PCP referred me here and they said they couldnt get me in until August. Four months from now. Seriously? Ridiculous. Very rude.
