Fantastic! So wonderful with all animals. And clean!!! Did I mention clean!? From the doctors, to the front desk staff, all top notch professionals who understand that these pets are our babies. I have always been impressed when Ive gone whether its for routine shots or a sick pet. And they dont try to make you but extra stuff!! They may suggest but never pressure. And I never get a snobby doctor after Ive bought something over the counter to treat my pet. They definitely work with you. Great bunch!

We have had excellent care for all of our labs and one cat! The vets, assistants, administrative and support staff are all loving, caring individuals who care for our furry family like they were their own. The are compassionate and cry right along with you when your furry family member has to go to animal heaven and they are right there with you when you add another baby furry family member! I am so excited they are expanding and building a new care center. Wonderful people.

My dog Zoey isnt the easiest dog to deal with, as her anxiety at the vet is almost overwhelming. Dr. Playford was not afraid of Zoey and was fully understanding! She thoroughly examined Zoey and explained our options very well. She explained the billing so we understood exactly what we were paying for. I am very glad to have found this vet and would recommend them to all.

Because of my work schedule I needed a later appointment on Wed. and even though we were the last patients for the day our appointment didnt feel rushed at all. All of my questions and concerns were answered and all of the staff was just wonderful.

We love the doctors and staff at Brooklyn Road Vet Clinic. They treat our Sheltie, Shelby as if he were their own dog. He got a nail trim yesterday and we were happy it contributed to the donations for Barkley and Lulu (I think thats what tis called).
