Hubby was super sick, high fever and felt like death so I made him go to Dr. as my husband works with the elderly and my son was just confirmed with strep. He doesnt want to pass anything to his patients. Well he went to Dr B which I loved him 3 years ago and thought he was excellent but the last time I was there and my mom he was very short and even appeared slightly rude but we thought maybe he was just stressed, tired etc. but today confirmed it. Not sure what has changed but He basically told him how could he waste his time with symptoms he had for a day when he has heart patients and others with bigger issues. Needless to say this is no way to treat or talk to your patients.We will be transferring to one of the other Drs there.

I have been sick for over a month. I called to see about getting a prescription refill to help me get through since the surgery scheduled to fix the problem isnt for another couple of weeks. The receptionist did not listen to what I said, but spoke to me in a very nasty tone. When you work in a doctors office and people call who have been in pain or sick for many weeks on end, you had better be trained to talk a little nicer and at least not sound blatantly annoyed at them. The receptionist are not any friendlier in person. I will not be returning to that practice.

Absolutely love this facility! With the exception of one, or two of the receptionists Ive spoken to on the phone, every person here is polite, caring, and understanding. Dr. Krueger has, by far, the best bedside manner of any doctor Ive ever had. You feel like a person instead of a number with these folks. Ive never waited more than a few minutes in the reception area, or the examination room. IHA, has a web based Doctor / patient portal that makes talking to your doctor between visits extremely easy. I cant say enough good things about this place.

Went undiagnosed for a minimum of two years with a condition that could cause major issues in my overall health. Never got to see my actual doctor because they were never in or Id have to wait multiple months. Ive worked in healthcare for the past 5 years. This place has awful customer service and their employees up front seem miserable every time Ive ever contacted (both via phone and in person.)

Ive been going there for a few years now. As others have said, the receptionists can be rude. They also dont pass on messages to the dr and I have to follow up on things to make sure theyre done. But the NP is great and its easy to get in to see her. Dr. F is wonderful, never in a hurry, always ready to listen. The MAs are nice too. Its conveniently located and the lab is is quick.

After being referred as a new patient and making an appointment I was called and asked to reschedule. No big deal. After moving my schedule around to accommodate the new appointment date I was called again to reschedule. Perhaps if who I spoke two either of these instances had been apologetic for the inconvenience I would of tried for a third. Nope.
