We do all of our labs, x-rays, blood tests here. The phlebotomists are all top notch and helpful with my youngest who hates the quarterly blood draws and always struggles. They always get results back quickly as well. As far as the ER goes it has been a great alternative to St. Lukes for us. From back injuries to asthma attacks we have never had an extended wait or any problems. The doctors and nurses have all been exceptional. The reason I give only 4 out of 5 (more like a 4.5) is their billing system is pretty bad. Each visit generates a new account number, making the tracking of whether or not you paid difficult. Plus, we receive a new bill it seems like every 10 days and they do not have explanations on them after the first one. I havent been able to pay them yet without calling to clarify if I have already paid the bill i just received. At one point I had paid received the bill 2 more times and got a refund check of the amount in the mail before realizing the bill was paid and they had entered the wrong account number. They fix the billing, which may be a mercy as a whole thing, and they would get 5 stars easy from my family.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!! My grandmother was taken to Mercy Emergency after a fall. They spent no time trying to determine what the cause of her fall may have been. She spent only 30 quick minutes there while they took her blood pressure, pushed around on her body, and then told her she was fine and sent her home. They failed to do any blood work or take any x-rays. She hit her head and they didnt even do a scan to make sure things were ok.The next day it was determined by a doctor in another facility that she had suffered a heart attack. If Mercy Emergency had taken a few extra steps, which should have been standard procedure anyways, before they just assumed that she was "ok", she may have had a better outcome.

I have them one star because I couldnt give them zero. I went in with pink eye and they prescribed a medicine that made it worse. When I called to get a different prescription written they said they couldnt write another one without me coming in and paying for another visit. Then she tried to tell me that theyre to treat people. If they were they to treat people they could give me a prescription for pink eye without paying another 100 dollars for the visit. The receptionist was very rude to me and extremely unhelpful. Never go here if you want the right thing he first time. They just want repeated business for the same ailment. Its a scam

I wish I could separate out the imaging services and the ER. The ER visit went fine and very timely, but billing is a nightmare. We gave them our insurance cards and they ignored them and put us in as self pay. I went online to update the insurance as noted on the bill and it wouldnt let us update it. I called the NON TOLL FREE number only to get someone whose grasp on English was tenuous at best. When I called the toll free number online - it gets you to someone who cannot help at all... REALLY leaves a bad BAD taste.... I wish wed have gone to somewhere else.

This faculty is always my go to for blood work and simple er visits.Theyre always extremely courteous and pretty fast. My only suggestion would to be its a free standing facility so obviously I wouldnt go there for issues that you know youll be admitted for but none the less its a good er thats right in Perrysburg in case you need immediate medical attention that cannot wait until you get to a further outlying hospital.

Watch out this place! The building might be new and the staff might be nice but the doctors skill is worse than a kids when they put wax on a wound! And they could mess up your credit scores. They will send the bill to a collection agency after 45 days without notification even if you do not get the bill. Try somewhere else if you do not want to deal with this kind of crap after your medical condition.

Beautiful efficient place. However, $250 copay later, and they said I had a UTI, which the next day my PCP pulled up the analysis and showed it was negative. Plus they said they would do a culture and didn"t. My PCP did do a culture and it was negative. They prescribed the most toxic antibiotic(cipro), which gave me chest pains. Wont be going back.

I have never interacted with anyone there that was not extremely helpful and friendly. I drive from Bowling Green for, not only emergency care, but also xrays and laboratory. I also had a dexa scan for bone density testing. I generally do not like male medical staff, but I had a male doctor and nurse last time and they were wonderful!

The medical imaging department of this facility is amazing. I was in and out in an hour. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The building was kept up very well (helps that its brand new) and Im actually looking forward to a return visit. (I have not been to the ER, so this review is for the medical imaging only!)

My husband Chuck had stage 4 brain,mouth,lung cancer they were so wonderful to the both of us . They all went beyond ther daily jobs to comfort BOTH of us 1 of his doctors and nurses came to hospice with gifts for us unbelievable. So much love for them

We have been here multiple times for illness and sports injury. This facility actually makes going in for urgent care a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and compassionate, service is speedy and thorough. We have never waited.
