My three-year old son fell in the bathtub and gashed the side of his eye. We walked into Beaumont Urgent Care, my son crying hysterically in my arms. The staff greeted us and immediately got us back into a room. the facility was clean and up-to-date, but the staff is what did me in. They were amazing -- not what I expected to encounter in an urgent care, where repeat customers is not the goal. Everyone was so nice, and genuinely concerned with calming my son and getting him fixed up as quickly and painlessly as possible. Dr. Thomas could have been a pediatrician -- he was so good with my son. While he sewed up the gash, Dr Thomas kept my son distracted by chattung about police (my son loves police officers), sirens, their dogs, and school. I have never received such care and genuine interest from an ER or urgent care doctor in my life. I hate to say this, but as the mother of two boys, Im sure I will be back. Im just glad I have such a wonderful urgent care facility near us. I dont typically write reviews -- but this team deserves recognition.

The staff were amazing here. I was vomiting and had vertigo horribly and before my husband could even finish signing me in, the doctor had me back in a room. All the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and the pharmacy down the hall even allowed my husband to grab a prescription and bring it back down to me in minutes! I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone. Thank you Dr. Thomas and all of the staff!

My 4yr old son keep vomiting and wanted to take him to Urgent care.I have seen good reviews and drove 24 miles from my home to this urgent care. This Beaumont urgent care is very good and super fast. It has very good staff and doctor. Amazing fact is there is absolutely no waiting. We wete able to see the doctor with in 10 mins of our arrival. Doctor is very knowledgeable.

The wait was very short (mid afternoon weekday). Everything was super clean and sterile and the rooms were well equipped. The doctor evaluated me and dealt with my concern. I obtained an Rx for antibiotics and was on my way. I felt the care was very good and have recommended this urgent care to others who thanked me after going.

The doctor suggested that the reason we waited hours while several people who came in after us left was because they were easier cases and he needed more time to get our history because our son might need to be hospitalized. If that is true, isnt saving him for last more dangerous for him? First and likely last visit.

Very nice, clean, and professional. I was checked in right away and was in a room within 2 minutes of walking in. Very organized. I was surprised when they told me it was the second day they had been open. Receptionist, nurse, doctor, and technician were all very nice, personable, and professional.

I have been to this urgent care several times & have been very impressed every time. The service has been prompt & the care excellent. What is particularly noteworthy about this facility is that all of the staff - from the person at the reception desk to the physician - are kind & helpful.

My son cut his hand quite seriously. We went there and found the doctor not at all good with a very scared, hurt child. I was so unhappy with their care that we left without treatment and went over to Henry Ford ER, where we received excellent care.
