My Wife and I called to ask for a prescription for an emergency contraceptive. The women who answered the phone acted as if she disagreed with our choice to ask for it from our primary care physician. The woman was very rude and multiple times seemed as if she was trying to make the process harder for us and would not let us speak with our physician. Even though this circumstance is unfortunate it is also time sensitive and we were told it would take 24 hours to speak with the Doctor and even then she said they probably couldnt do it. I felt as if the receptionist feelings about Emergency Contraceptive made her intentionally make the process harder.

I would have left 5 stars because everyone was perfect I love Dr. Hollander and all the staff except for Sarah. I have always had good experiences until I had made an appointment with her. She had me leaving confused and insulted as she prescribed me drugs I said I did not need while proceeding to tell me why she may need to drug test me in the future. She is young and should not be working in the field.

Dr. Provizer is the best it gets. He takes the time to really get to know you, get to know the situation and dig deeper on your life. He made me feel 100% better about everything going on. He made himself relatable to me, which helps coming from a doc. Dr. Zamenski is great also!!

Would not recommend anyone to go there. You might end up at the hospital with possible heart attack and than the clinic will kick you out to avoid responsibility! Its ashame...

Ive had great care and advice from Dr Proviser and the staff at the clinic - usually can get an appointment within a week or less. JZ
