My cat has been getting sick. A lot. So I take her to the vet, pay the exorbitant fees for the tests, stress her out some. Vet: Yeah, they used to just say that a cat is a pukey cat. Thats not acceptable, we can tell so much more now. Me: Exactly, thats not a reasonable diagnosis. Id like to know whats up so that we can treat it. We wait, this guy talking to me the whole time. Tests come back. Vet: Well, we can safely determine that this cat is a pukey cat. Me: Is that it? Vet: Well its not x,y, and z conditions. She seems to just be pukey. Heres a prescription for some meds that cost >$30 for two pills. Glad you hold yourself to that standard.

My kids (the 4-legged ones)and I visited Advanced Pet Care for the 1st time this week. We saw their newest LVT, Robyn, whom we follow everywhere. What a Great Place! Its beautiful, inside and out. Everybody we talked with or saw was super nice. Dr. Wilson, although very young, was very informative and handled our babies with the utmost professionalism and care. Im very happy weve found a great place to take the boys for sick and well visits! They didnt seem to mind either - they were eager to talk to the Kitty in the lobby!

I have been seeing all of the doctors at Advanced Pet Care for about a year. I am in two different rescues and see/deal with MANY vets all over the state of Michigan. I can assure this office is one of the BEST!!! I am here at least once a month (often times more). Not only are the doctors amazing, the staff is too! They are accommodating, caring and always going above and beyond for my personal dogs as well as the fosters. I appreciate this office and feel lucky to have someone so great so close to my house!

If you Value your pets life I do NOT recommend you bring your pet here! I rushed my dog in and they charged me $500 in testing and told me my dog had gas when really my dog had a life threatening infection & ended up needed an emergency surgery had I listen to this vet my dog would be dead!!! I have tried to work with this vet and they refused to take any fault!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!!

We love Dr. Wilson! My hedgehog comes in for his routine nail trims and the prices at this vet are so wonderful compared to the same service that Ive had quoted from other vets. I am always able to get an appointment that works for me and the appointments are mostly always on time or Ive even been seen early. The staff is always very helpful and friendly when we come in!

The Doctors here are so nice and take the needs of my dogs seriously! I have a severly sensitive dog, and they are so calm and take a lot of time with him. I believe that you have to be careful with any vet to make sure that they are not giving you items that you do not need, however, that is a part of you being the client. 5 stars for a wonderful vet!

I have been there a couple of times any they always want to give extra products or shots to the dog that are unnecessary. I am really disapointed with them and now have a lethargic dog. That is the last time I let them do that to my animal. I was also angered by the way I was talked to when I questioned them over the phone. Go somewhere else!

Wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, calming and caring. They helped my Great Dane get better and even though I would have paid just about anything, they were conscious of the costs and gave options and steps along the way, staying upfront and honest the whole time. I highly recommend them! Thank you everyone at Advanced Pet care!

We had to take our cat in for an emergency visit and the staff was no nice and helpful. We kept them after hours and they were so gracious to our family and took such great care of our cat. I would definitely recommend that people go see the wonderful staff at Advanced Pet Care of Oakland.

So thankful for Dr. Arment, called a dozen different places to get my cat in for a bladder issue and the staff here was so welcoming and told me to come right in even though they closed in an hour! So glad I found somewhere close to home that shows that they care!
