No Heart. I adopted a kitten from them in May and yesterday I had to surrender the cat back to them because of unforeseen circumstances in my life that no longer allowed me to provide a happy home for the cat. They not only talked over me every time I explained myself, but yelled at me and made me feel like a terrible pet owner. The visit turned into a screaming match with me excusing myself to step outside and one of the employees not allowing my space to calm down and continued to yell at me, refusing to hear me out. She called the police on me for threatening her?? and then threatened to charge me with animal abandonment. She did all of this in front of my child who was already upset over having to surrender her cat and then had the nerve to call me a bad mother for upsetting my child. I signed paperwork with this place stating I would not give him away, so I took him back to the place I got him. After a grueling adoption process, these people never once did a follow up call with me to make sure everything was ok, but sent me plenty of junk mail requesting donations. The cat had a very traumatic ride to Tail Naggers (vomit and feces covered him) and they asked me to come back the next day with him.. Why would I torture the cat again?? Please remember when you use the term "Adoption" you need to educate yourself on the whole meaning! I am not only a pet lover, but a woman who has given a child for adoption and fully understands that adoption also includes surrender. I loved that cat and these people made it the worst experience ever! I will never refer anyone to them (and I am affiliated with one of the largest rescue operations in the Detroit area) Tail Naggers, you ought to be ashamed at your UN-willingness to help an animal in need. I loved my animal enough to admit I could no longer provide him with a happy home.

My cat got deathly sick and still is after coming into this place for shots. Its obviously a reaction to the distemper shots if you look up the symptoms. Once bringing my cat back for them to check her they refused to see her and made us wait outside for 20 minutes with our cat before refusing to see us or let us talk to a vet. This kind of service is unacceptable in any kind of way. There was not a single thing wrong with my cat until she was brought there for the shots and they couldnt even let us talk to the vet or at least have then listen to her lungs. Will never be bringing our animals back to this place. Its pathetic and the way the staff treated us was unacceptable in every way. They were rude and unprofessional. You all should reevaluate your services. Especially if you dont see sick animals then you shouldnt be allowed to treat them if you dont have the means to take care of them if they have reactions to their treatments.

Been taking my rescue animals here for years. Low cost vaccines. Almost always affordable! Great staff! No everything is not always gonna be peachy! But the wellbeing of any animal is what TW is all about! They are not full service. So its always good to keep a relationship with a full service vet incase of emergencies. But if theres anything they can help with that isnt just vaccines and wellness they will. Not only are you saving 100+ dollars for vaccines compared to a full service, They have donations bins filled with toys.. leashes.. Collars.. Treats... canned food. All free to every client that walks in the door no questions asked. As well as a pet food program for free dog or cat food to families who cant afford it free of charge! You cant ask for a better place of people helping animals! They will always be my #1 basic wellness vet!!!!

Love this place!!!!! We adopted 2 adorable, perfect kitties from Laura, Clark and Bruce brothers. Recently Bruce was not acting right had a 105 fever and we first took him to Wayne Mercy Animal Hospital. The vet said he had FIP which is a fatal disease and our 2 options were we could either do a biopsy or put him down. Both my bf and I are devastated by this and long story shot we got in contact with Laura and she had a surgeon Dr Bali who took a look at him and his blood work and said he showed no signs and no reason he should of been diagnosed with this disease. After going through a emotional rollercoaster we are home with our baby and he is doing great and not dying !! You can trust this place because they genuinely want to help you anyway they can. We cant thank you enough <3

I love this place! Not only did they take on the cost of 7, yes 7 little kittens so I could foster and make sure these cats were healthy and happy and ready to go to their furrever homes but I adopted 2 little fur babies, brothers and my best buddies. They always take the time to explain everything and do it with smiles on their faces and the love for animals in their hearts. While they are not a full service animal clinic they are very very reasonable on the cost of everything that they do offer and always good to me when I ask for advice. Whatever stray, wondering animal that always seems to show up at my home go straight to TailWaggers for a check up & TLC! so glad they have been there for me and many of my friends furfamilies.

During my dogs wellness shot update appointment the doctor noticed a health issue that I was not aware of. Thanks to that examination I was able to get the proper treatment that saved my dogs life. Tail Waggers is not a full service Vet so they could not do the necessary operation my dog needed, but they alerted me to it. And for that I am forever grateful!

HORRIFIC! Denied emergency care for a stray dog that was COVERED in porcupine quills all over its mouth, face and front half of body because the good Samaritan that found the poor creature didnt have $1000.00 up front. THEY LET HER LEAVE WITH THAT TORTURED DOG, UNTREATED! WHO DOES THAT?? WHO COULD EVEN DO THAT?? Theyre in the wrong business.

Very unprofessional staff. They made me feel horrible because my 5 month old puppy ate woodchips. She then proceed to give me the poop back and tell me its not poop after i asked how it wasnt poop the lady through the poop on the counter and told me whatever. I Will never go back to such a rude staff.

Getting the shots and the vaccines are reasonable there, but they do not give a real theral examination. Its a well visit and if they see something that needs attention you do need to go to your own vet to get examined and medication. I dont know if its really cheaper going there then.

Unfortunately there is a lady there that makes working with this vet a complete and utter joke... you run a vet for the well being of animals and thats what you SHOULD DO!! Well being for your own self doesnt reflect good on a company at all.. especially a VET CLINIC!!
