ABSOLUTELY NOT ON MY RECOMMENDATION LIST. LAID THERE FOR 4 HRS. AGAIN IN SEVERE PAIN (SO CALLED) DR. SARAH DUNDEE ONLY WANTED TO BUY TIME AND SEVERAL WAYS TO BILL MY INSURANCE. SHE ORDERED AN I.V. DRIP AND PAIN NARCOTICS WITHOUT FIRST ASKING ME IF I HAD A RIDE HOME. I HAD TO INFORM THE WONDERFUL NURSE WHOM WAS HELPING ME THAT I DROVE MYSELF AND DIDNT HAVE A DRIVER. I ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL MY DAUGHTER TO LET HER KNOW THE DRUGS THAT I WAS GIVEN AND SHE WOULD NEED TO COME AND GET ME. I KNOW SARAH DUNDEE WAS LYING TO ME ABOUT MY DIAGNOSIS BECAUSE, IVE HAD MORE THAN ONE DR. INCLUDING A SPECIALIST TELL ME WHAT IS CAUSING MY PAIN. SHE BECAME UPSET AND FURTHER LIED JUST BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT ANOTHER CT SCAN (THAT SHE JUST DID LESS THAN A MONTH AGO). SO, I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO LEAVE. I WAS DISCHARGED WITHOUT PROPER CARE AND NO WORD CONCERNING MY SYMPTOMS...A DIFFERENT NURSE THEN CAME BACK TO REMOVE MY IV SO THAT I COULD LEAVE, RIPPED THE TAPE FROM MY ARM. TO STRESS MY DISAPPOINTMENT, I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER PATIENTS DISCHARGE PAPERS ATTACHED TO MY OWN. I CAN ONLY HOPE THE CHIEF OF STAFF WILL CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS MATTER AND TO RETURN THE INFORMATION ERRONEOUSLY GIVEN TO ME TO THE PATIENT TO WHOM THEY BELONG. I WILL BE SENDING A LETTER TO THE CHIEF OF STAFF ABOUT THIS NIGHTMARE ON 212 I WILL ALSO INFORM MY INSURANCE OF THE HIPPA PRIVACY MEDICAL TREATMENT. IF YOU VALUE HONESTY AND QUALITY CARE, I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR. SARAH DUNDEE FOR MEDICAL ADVICE NEEDLESS TO SAY THERE WAS NOT EVEN A PROPER EXAM GIVEN

Was in town from North Dakota seeing extended family and our two year old daughter was having a severe cough that was hurting her as she breathed inward in the middle of the night. We showed up and they stated they were having a busier than average night, but they still got us into a urgent care room immediately to check vitals. Being that they were busy in the ER, they said they would have a respiratory therapist come and check on our daughter so we can have a diagnosis without having to see the ER doctor. Within a minute, they had an ER room open up and had the RN and RT in the room immediately and then the ER doctor in within minutes. Every interaction we had with all staff was amazing and they made our daughter extremely comfortable and they made it seem as if they genuinely cared. We can not thank the staff enough. Every hospital I have been to could learn from Two Twelve. Thank you all for your help and professional service.

Worst experience ever! went there 9/22/16, checked in at 1650, there were 2 people were in front of me. Sat in the waiting room while it filled up, was roomed, sat in the room for an hour and no doctor. decided to leave, they said the doctor is on his way right now. never saw him. This is not urgent care, it is more like an ER. there should never be a 2 plus hour wait for urgent care and once someone is roomed they should be seen ASAP so you can turn the room over for the next person. Very poorly managed, every time I have used this place 2-4 hour wait. Im done. CVS cant deviate from their care protocols and I work hours that make it impossible to be seen at a regular clinic. You need new Management who knows how to coordinate care, wait times, and put the patients first, not last.

I went to 212 Medical Center last week and was told by the nurse that they would have to put an IV in my arm for fluids. I warned the nurse that I habe been told numerous times that I have "small/bad" veins and requested that she use care. Well needless to say she jabbed it in my arm, barely checking to see if there would be a more suitable vein and when I told her it really was hurting even after she taped the IV down, she just ignored me. After I left, I spoke with my neighbor who is a nurse, she took one look at my arm and said the nurse blew right through my vein.. And now it is almost a full week later and I still have a 2×2 inch hideous bruise on my forearm. Complete strangers have asked me if I am being abused by someone. Its ridiculous.

My 8 year old daughter broke her leg today. 30 years of terrible urgent care experiences had me skeptical upon my arrival. I was blown away by the incredible service we received from the moment we entered. They were attentive (we had no wait), catered to my daughter as a child, and spoke to her in a way that would help her understand what they were going to do every step of the way including hooking her up to an IV and administering morphine, and taking x-rays. I felt comfortable and taken care of, amidst the chaos. Thank you to the entire team that was there to take care of my daughter tonight. We will only come back to this medical center in the future!

Urgent Care staff was incredibly rude to my mother and didnt believe her until her mouth started gushing blood. Acted like she just wanted them to write her a note for work. One of the doctors told my mother another time that her MRI was clear, she ended up needing reconstructive neck/back surgery. Person was obviously not qualified to be reading the MRI. Wait times are awful. I personally had to wait over an hour when I had head trauma. Have only had maybe 1-2 nice nurses out of the 10+ times weve visited. Will go elsewhere.

I went in after weeks of having an issue that I had waited too long to deal with and now was in crisis. The staff was friendly, helpful, and compassionate. They got me in to be seen right away. I was also worried about payment as my insurance did not start until later in the week. They had me speak with a rep who had me signed up for gap care in a matter of moments. The urgent care doctor on staff was exceptional and kind as well. All around- I will never go anywhere else if I can help it- for emergencies.

Ok, so I went for an infection on my neck and continuous headaches. The doctor spent 5 minutes with me and gave me an antibiotic and narcotic pain killers. I told her I didnt want them and she didnt listen. I ended up going to my GP and she was appalled by the pill pusher of the doctor. If you need a quick fix, the young chick doctor in the ER is your girl. She shouldnt be practicing medicine if her goal is a quick turnaround so she was continue chatting it up with the nurses.

My recent experiences at the 212 Medical Center ER have been exceptional. The wait times were minimal, even though there was a line at check in they managed their case load very effectively. The nurses were professional and responsive, and the Physician staff took their time with us ensuring the proper diagnosis. When there is an emergency you dont typically shop around for the best location but if you have an option I would highly recommend this team.
