Poor experiences! Thought it was part of Park Nicollet. Not really true, St. Francis schedules and keep private medical records that are not accessible by PNC. Seemed they to wanted to steer me into St Francis services. More interested in maximizing the charges than providing quality care that would help. Cardiology doctor failed to give me needed drug interaction information (that I got from a friend and verified with pharmacist). Never had phone answered by sleep scheduling, left messages, some never returned, others calls return the next day (about 24 hr later). Very frustrating to deal with. Sleep doctor seemed more interest in cranking up the charges than helping me. I just wanted a mouth appliance for snoring, he wanted to schedule a $4000 sleep study. This study would take place in rented space above a bank, not in a clinic. After several visits I will avoid St. Francis when possible.

Unless you are dying or critically ill the staff is very bored with you. While recovering from a heart attack, I was in a few times with anxiety and heart related issues (although when I was in at the time, I didnt know that my heart issues were caused from anxiety, otherwise I wouldnt have come.) The 3rd time I was there, I wasnt even officially discharged. I heard the nurse ask the doctor (through the curtain) "do you have any discharge papers for her?" I heard the doctor sarcastically reply, "No, she doesnt need it. She knows the drill. Shes been here enough times." The nurse came in and said, "you can go." I was so humiliated and havent come back since. Nice to know that is how they treat people with anxiety. Maybe if they have a heart attack, they will understand where the anxiety comes from. I used to refer people there but havent since. No bedside manners or empathy whatsoever.

My daughter had a 103 temp with a history of strep and ear infections. Strep test was taken and negative. Dr came in and never looked in her ears or sinus. Said the only thing she could do was another strep test. Dr never came back in the room or investigated the issue any further. Sent on our way with no help. 3 days later we take her to a park Nicollet clinic due to high fevers and getting worse. Full review by the dr as it should be and they come back with strep and double ear infection. This is not the only time they have run us through the mill at St Francis. Last time I got billed for emergency visit even though we were there before emergency room time started. Took me weeks to clear that issue up because the dr, who is not part of the hospital but is part of a group of Drs billed us incorrectly.

The Allina Clinic in the same building: Nearly every time Ive gone, it has been a great experience. The building and lobby are clean, the doctors are great, and Ive changed my primary clinic to be here, because I believe that they care. The only negative experience I had was once when I was seeing a specialist, and there were a couple of emergency situations that pushed my time back. I was there about an hour longer than expected, but the specialist who saw me apologized for the wait and gave me all of the time I needed to make sure that I was clear on my diagnosis and treatment moving forward. I highly recommend this clinic. They will take care of you, and take the time you need to make sure you are informed and educated about what is happening and how they will work with your care.

terrible ,, I feel like i was tricked into going to there ER when all i wanted was urgent care doc to take a look,, I was feeling not well and on a time crunch as i was leaving that day for a flight to NYC they told me the doc couldent see me even though there was not a sole other then my self there. i was then billed over $1000.00 for them to say they dont know and to see if it happens again..then as i was disputing the charges as i told them i was not made aware the charges would be so significant and i was pretty sure i didnt recieve some of the tests and services billed me for they sent the bill to collections.. I have reported the matter to the attorney general and bureau of consumer protection

This place is absolutely garbage! I went there for an appointment and the people at guest services gave me wrong directions and by doing that I was late for my said appointment and they would not see me. So I asked the nurse if I could be seen anyway cause it was not my doing as to why I was late. She said the Dr. Doesnt like to do that cause it backs her up for the rest of the day. Well were only talking about 7 minutes here. It seems to me that that Dr. Doesnt care about no one but herself! How ethical is that! Keep in mind this was a mental health Dr. WOW!!!!!

My daughter almost pass out, with SaintF, she stayed there in an Emergency room for three days and they could not find what kind of virus she get. I can not stand to see my daughter get withdraw blood, urine three time a day to do lab test but no result. Thank God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I make my decision right away took her to 2525 Chicago avenue, Mn. Thank You experience doctor there, he knew what kind of virus my daughter right away. (Red eye, Red lip, Fever and eczema). Doctor told my wife if I wait just one more day, my daughter would be......done.

Outstanding staff and facilities. Every person with whom we dealt was friendly, gave excellent explanations and exuded competence. I have been to many other surgical facilities/hospitals throughout the Twin Cites for myself, family and friends so I feel like I have a good basis for comparison. Special thanks to the "Vickies", the anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist, and my surgeon for listening to and alleviating my concerns. (and for a couple of laughs along the way!) I most highly recommend St. Francis to anyone needing medical attention.

I love the staff an the hospital it self I have been there for surgery an they are not pushy or rude like a few other places I have been to..... For the most part the Doctors take an listen to what u say an how u feel..... The surgery center has excellent staff an super clean u are always made to feel comfortable. .... I dont like that Doctors question why u choose there hospital an not one close to home while u in middle of treatment...... I love this location cuz of the doc an nurses an additional awsome staff keep it up

Just recently moved to the area, my girlfriend and I came in with out 10 month old who was running a fever and had a bad cough. We asked the volunteer at the front desk to direct us to urgent care and he looked at us like we were stupid. Not only were we extremely offended by this, but he sent us to the ER. Needles to say we will not be returning. However I do highly recommend the urgent Care located near the Walmart in Shakopee. Great staff and were taken care of right away.

Some great staff people, especially the nurses. Also loved having a private room. However, I felt like the whole approach to health care was very staff-centered instead of patient-oriented. Things were done for their convenience not because the patient really needed the service. Perhaps it was just "defensive medicine." In addition, the facility seemed understaffed. I will be writing a letter to the CEO with all the details that frustrated me.
