I love my doctor there but my daughter was 6 months old and had a rash that started on her face (was spreading). I took her in and the front desk sent us to wait for urgent care. We ended up waiting just over 2 hours for her to be seen, some people who arrived after us were seen before us. By the time we were seen it was spread to her legs and belly. Very disappointed by my experience here! I will only go to a set up appointment from now on. Id rather drive to further where I know we will be seen sooner.

Their billing department has their head so far up their @$$ I had no outstanding bill with this facility and had my tax return garnished. I have a zero deductible insurance policy, only copay.

I love my doctor here! Michelle Quale is the best! I have had a lot of medical issues/bills. The business office has been working with me on payments. They have always been cordial.

Some great docs, but long wait to get an appt with the ones we want. Have had to go elsewhere for urgent issues.
