I always drive the further distance from my home to this urgent care for many reasons! Their customer service right from the door helping with wheel chairs and getting in / out of cars is noticeable from the start. The Front desk employees are so patient and helpful. Great advertisement of other great useful tools unity point has to offer like the MYCHART app are easily shown around the front desk and waiting area. The wait is usually never too long in fact Ive never waited more then 20 minutes. The nurses are very personable and helpful. Lastly, Dr. Agey is my recommendation doctor for urgent care. He listens very well to patient needs and thoroughly discusses answers to questions and concerns. The design of the urgent care clinic is very comvienent for X-rays ect. Thank you all employees for your outstanding patient care and dedication to unity point and all it has to offer.

I had a excellent experience with Collette Kono; she was very personable and wasnt trying to rush me out of the room. However, scheduling an appointment at this clinic is a chore. I recommend calling at least a month in advance of when you need to get in and be prepared for multiple re-schedules. I also recommend calling in the mid-morning or late afternoon; lunchtime and early morning has a "hold" time of 10-15 minutes usually.
