From the front desk to the Drs, everyone here is the BEST! I dont even live near Bass Lake Pet Hospital anymore and I still make the trip because they are just the greatest! Highly recommended. My 11 year old dog has been coming here his whole life and loves them. My cat I just started bringing, I think she likes them but who really knows what a cat likes? haha. Not enough good things to say! Never one complaint.

Unless you have lots of money, dont waste your time on this clinic because the only thing they care about is the almighty buck.....they definately do not care about the animals they say they are treating and they definately do not deserve any stars. Totally saddens me that people can care so little for the life of others.....God forgive them.

They keep my puppy girl healthy! Although, My dog has a predisposition to dislike men (possibly due to her history as a rescue)... so, Ill probably go with the female vet in the future since she got a little growly with the gentleman vet last time. He did a great job winning her over though!

This is the best Veterinarians office in the Twin Cities Metro area hands down! They are great with my dog, and have the best prices around. Do not get ripped off take your dog here, they have excellent prices and truly care about animals here. I would never take my pets anywhere else.

I really appreciated Bass Lake Pet Hospital for their hospitality and professionalism. Unfortunately my visit here was to put my dog down and but the staff showed us so much love and respect and it made the event much easier for my family. I truly appreciate everything they did for us.

Awesome service. Not in it for money at all they actually love animals. They convinced us not to declaw our cat even though they would loose 500 dollars because the declawing includes cutting off the paw tips.
