I would highly recommend GRVC to anyone. I have a small "herd" of cats and most, not all, of them have seen the doctors (Hans, Therese, Leah & Heather) at the clinic. A couple of them are just a bit too skittish, the carrier comes out and he disappears the other is an outdoor cat that is part of the family but we dont push the issue. That said, weve had nothing but great care from all of the vets at the clinic and with six cats weve seen them all. One had a UTI, and had to spend a couple of nights at the main clinic in Grand Rapids and was brought back to Longville when they came for their regular office hours in town. The same with one that had a dental cleaning. Another one got a perforated eardrum and they took wonderful care of him too. Everyone is great from the doctors, to the techs and the gals at the front desk too. Shout out to Maggie! GRVC is a great place to bring your non-human family members.

I took my daughters dog, Bailey, to the Longville location for her nails to be trimmed. The ladies were very good with Bailey. My daughter had warned me, Bailey would be a handful and probably would have to be mussed. Bailey hated to have her nails trimmed. The young lady (sorry I dont remember her name) was fantastic. I did not even have to hold on to Bailey. When I called my daughter to tell her what a pleasure it was, she thought I was playing games with her and told me, I could take her from now on. Too bad they live four (4) hours away. I will take Bailey back to Grand Rapids Veterinary Clinic the next time she comes to visit. Thank-you Keep up the great work.

I have been taking my Rescued Labs, Tucker and Bear, to Grand Rapids Veterinary Clinic for 6 years. During that time I have always found that every one has shown a committed interest in the health and well being of my dogs. I live most of the year in Colorado and summer in Grand Rapids and they always seem to provide the best level of care for the challenges faced by dogs in the environment here. I can not say enough good things about the staff and their willingness to accommodate me when I arrive in June. This love for animals seems to be a cultural value by all of those who work there. Please dont change a thing.

Was great service, we like all the staff members there at GRV and they are great with our pet and have been wonderful with all our pets I have brought to them in the past years. However, this last time we were there we had the same experience with the staff, but the prices went UP and out the ceiling. We are very disappointed with the amount that was charged and we travel about 60 miles to come there as GRV was outstanding in the past, however dont know that I will do it again; prices to high can go somewhere else cheaper. We are on a disability income and cant afford the high cost. Sorry

We (and our animals, of course) always get excellent service at G.R. Vet Clinic. They are efficient and will go out of their way to answer any and all questions you have (and my wife, being her thorough self, always has lots of questions and follow-up phone calls). When we make an appointment for either our dogs or cat we never ask for a specific vet or vet tech, as we know which ever one is available will do their best to resolve our problem.

If I could give it more stars I would. Grand Rapids Vet Clinic is amazing! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Hans is an absolute gem. He takes time with my girl and makes her feel comfortable. He even suggests ways to save money and is always up on new ideas and never stops learning and informing me. I have a great experience each time I go and Ive been going there many years! I just cant say enough about how great they are!

We love Dr. Hans and Dr. Leah!! We love all the Vet Techs and the front desk staff!! We have been coming to the Grand Rapids Veterinary Clinic for about 15 years and have ALWAYS been very happy with the outstanding care everyone at the clinic has given! Our pets are made to feel comfortable during their visits, and our dog LOVES going there!! I would definitely recommend this clinic and its doctors to my family and friends!!

We have used Grand Rapids Veterinary Clinic for our dog, Annie, for the past 7 years and would not even think of taking her to any other place. She gets very excited whenever she goes there for her check-ups or to stay overnight or for a few days. They do an excellent job of taking care of her whether she is kenneled or for her check-ups. We would recommend this Clinic to anyone. They love pets and pets love them.

I have dealt with them for quite a few years and have never had a complaint about their service or their personnel. They are nice people from the front desk back. The Vets, in our experiences, give options and are good about realistic outcomes. I appreciate that there is a price estimate along with choices so important decisions can be made when required. Pets are important to anyone who has one and I feel as though I can trust them to care for mine without a doubt, with skill and sweet compassion when its needed most.

The staff at GRVC are very friendly, and the care provided is outstanding! We appreciate the vet care our dog receives, from routine visits to surgical procedures, and Dr. Hans has gone above and beyond with follow-up. Our dogs have boarded there when we are out of town and have been well taken care of. We ve had nothing but great experiences there, and I highly recommend GRVC!
