I took my cat in for a dermatitis issue, she was pulling her hair out. I figured she was most likely allergic to fleas even though I couldnt find any on her and keep her treated. The vet told me to go have coffee and breakfast and come back in an hour or so. When I returned, my cat was anesthetized ( needless to say, she had eaten and drank that morning). I asked what was wrong with her, and he told me that she qualified for an experimental adrenal gland study and so they performed surgery on her. She had a 5 inch incision on her abdomen! They sent me home with 30 hormone pills, no cone for when she woke up, no follow-up instructions of any kind. She was out for 6 hours. I called my vet, the next week, when he returned from vacation and his assumption was that with an "in-and-out-clinic such as Affordable Vet Care, she was most likely confused with another cat who was in to get spayed. Im sure they scrambled for excuses once they opened her up and found she had already been fixed!

our old gal (dog) had been coughing, I was afraid she was having heart problems. Doc examined her and had a solution in just a few minutes. Today she is bouncing around and HEALTHY... she had an bronchitis... who could have known? Only Doc... just some antibiotics and she is well in just 24 hours. He knows his stuff and I have been using him for many years. I have multiple dogs so AFFORDABLE is a key word. He does not do any unnecessary procedures which not only saves money but also is better for the animals. He once even save a goat kid of mine with a badly mangled jaw, she healed perfectly.

My sons dog has been having health issues for a couple of months now. Not being able to pee. He went to a vet in cameron who refused to help because he had been someplace else. We called this vet who was getting ready to close but instead met him back in an hour to help. Thank you!!!!!

Found a baby kitten that I was trying to keep alive. was Mercer mo and I am not from there so didnt know what to do. No-one would take him. This vet said he would try to fix him up. I was so thankful. Hope he lives.

Doc is an awesome vet! My little rat terrier was only 9 weeks and got into mouse poison. She ate enough to kill a big dog but Doc saved her life. She is now almost 3 and healthy. I will always take my pets to him.
