Several customers have had positive experiences at Vet Partners Pet Hospital. One customer mentioned that the staff, including Dr. Woodward, were "absolutely amazing" in treating their very sick kitten. Another customer praised the clinic for being "friendly, knowledgeable," and genuinely caring about the health of their pets. The staff's personable and friendly nature was a recurring theme in the positive reviews.
However, not all experiences were positive. One customer expressed dissatisfaction with the service, stating that the quality of care had gone downhill after their first visit. They felt that the vets were becoming increasingly condescending and were more interested in making money than in providing proper care. The customer also mentioned that despite spending a significant amount of money, their dog's condition did not improve.
The reviews for Vet Partners Pet Hospital are a mix of positive and negative experiences. While many praise the staff's friendliness and the quality of care, others raise concerns about the effectiveness of treatments and the hospital's focus on profits over pet health.

Been here about 5 or 6 times in the last few months. My first time here was a wonderful experience, but it has only gone downhill ever since. The feeling of being unwelcome increases with each visit as well as the vets becoming condescending. I also dont understand why I keep shelling out money for medicine, but my dog still isnt better. They also "STRONGLY recommended" to test my other 2 dogs for the same illness because even though I have been doing everything they ask me to do, it "must be from the other dogs" according to the vets at this establishment. I heeded their advice, brought them in, and surprise surprise the tests came back negative for the same illness, yet they still tried to pressure me into paying $70 to send the tests out to be tested further when they already confirmed my other 2 dogs werent positive (but why didnt they offer to do the same with the dog who is sick originally?). Not until we spent another $200 did the vet then tell me that a case she heard about had told them to stop testing the dog because he was showing no symptoms and was fine (sounds incredibly similar to this situation). It seems to me that they will keep doing anything to ensure their cash flow remains flowing. I will not recommend this place to anyone. It may be my own fault because I shouldve known there was probably a reason why this place offers a Groupon. I will not return.

Dr. Woodward and her staff are absolutely amazing. We rescued a very sick kitty that we didnt know whether or not he was going to make it. Gizmo has been a very lucky little guy to have the amazing care that Dr. Woodward and her staff have been able to provide. When we found him he could barely breath, his eyes were crusted completely shut and he was weak from malnourishment and sickness. With their help we treated him and he began to recover.. Unfortunately he still couldnt breathe through his nose and had a terrible sterterous sound almost like snoring when he would breath. The amazing Dr. Woodward found a polyp over 1.5 inches large hiding above his soft palate and she removed it and he is as good as new! That would be amazing on its own but then the poor guy contracted Panleukopenia which has a very high mortality rate in kitties under a year. This was the fight of his life but with their help we got him through an entire week of fevers over 106℉ with fluids and supportive care. We cant thank them enough for saving our little buddy!

I got my dog from a shelter a while back. She is very nervous in unfamiliar settings and is scared of strangers. I was nervous. Got there and the vet and techs were very patient with her. By the end she was waging her tail. Thank you guys so much
