We recently brought our 10 year old English Springer Spaniel in and she was diagnosed with Lymphatic cancer. The staff and doctor were very gentle and compassionate with her and thoroughly explained the diagnosis, prognosis, and all the options. They also explained the cost of all the options and did not pressure us in any way. Several weeks later, our family made the decision to euthanize our dog and again, the staff was tremendous throughout the process. They were patient with us as we struggled to bring her in and once we arrived at their facility they were compassionate throughout the procedure. Two weeks later we received a sympathy card in the mail signed not only by the staff and doctor that helped us, but also by staff within the facility. It truly shows they care!

My 80 pound shepherd/lab mix injured his knee when the neighbors GSD came into our yard and they play fought along the fence line. Surgery was performed by a board certified surgeon who came into the clinic to perform the surgery and was assisted by one of the New Hope vets plus technicians. The surgery went well, the post op course was rocky. He had to go back to the clinic to spend five days till he could walk on his own. Its now been a couple months and he is playing like a puppy even though he is 9 years old! I cant believe what great care he received at New Hope, and during his stay a new problem was identified and successfully treated. I LOVE this clinic and just couldnt trust my furkids with any other.

This is where we used to take our dogs. It has always been expensive and although they are good in general I dont like the fact that they are money driven and they sell you things to make money. Vaccination does not require an examination and there is no state regulation that states such thing, but they wont vaccinate your dog without an examination. Clearly to charge you more. Every visit is $200-$300. When I requested evidence of where an examination is required by law, I didnt get any answers and Im still awaiting for a promised email. We are switching to a different vet that even if is further away, we have had good experiences with it.

I called in for my dog, Rocky, who had an ear infection, and they were able to see him in 20 minutes - even though an appointment wasnt open, they knew he was in pain and got him in right away. I was worried about the cost and they offer a payment plan where you can pay half up front and half in a month. I called around and a few other places didnt offer this. All of the staff were very friendly and obviously pet lovers. This is a great animal hospital!

Our family has been comming here for over 13 years. Our dogs have thrived with their care. We board our dogs here also and because of this our dogs have loved coming here. When we lost our dogs, Dr. Herman made sure that they were treated with love and care. He also made sure that we were treated with love and care through this trying time. Now we have a new puppy and we have continued to use their sevices.

Weve always been treated well here, there is minimal wait, and they can usually work us in to be seen within a couple days. All of the doctors we have seen here are very knowledgeable, and are good at calling back a few days later to check up on how our dog is doing. Veterinary care isnt cheap anywhere, but NH animal hospital provides a lot of value for their services.

Great clinic! We brought our new puppy, Oscar, to the New Hope Animal Hospital and had an excellent experience. Everyone, from the front reception area, the technicians, and Dr. Kilty went out of their way to help us. This was our first time to this animal hospital and will definitely return.

This is definitely a more expensive vet, in my opinion. I have received the same services at other places for cheaper. That being said, they are so caring, thorough, and gentle with our cats. They have a convenient location and convenient hours.

I continue to be impressed with this clinic.. Ive come to that clinic for 3+ yrs, since moving to the area, and they have always been honest, up front, caring, compassionate and skilled..I have dogs, cats and birds. A GREAT place!
