I just stopped in to look at some glasses. Im completely new to the concept of needing glasses. I went here vs Pearl Vision next door because of bad Google reviews of Pearl Vision. I walked in the door and within 15 seconds I was being asked what they could help with. This was while she was multi-tasking paperwork with another customer that had stepped away briefly. She listened to my situation and pointed me in a direction to look at frames. This is particularly notable because most places Ive been to, when everyone is busy.. They dont acknowledge you right away and you feel like youre not noticed or important. She took the time to get me started quickly even though she was working with customer already. Thats bonus points in my book. Then, within 2-3 minutes of looking at frames, another lady came to me and asked if I needed help. She listened to what I thought of a couple frames and directed me to another area. Then a 3rd lady came to me and helped me try on a dozen pairs before I decided what I wanted. They were clear about what their sale was on one pair vs two pairs, they were upfront about all the costs. They put up with question after question from me since Im new to this. They were also friendly and engaged in small talk. This was the best experience I could have hoped for being a first timer and nervous about figuring out what would work for me. I would highly recommend. I wound up ordering 2 pairs. If anything goes downhill with the timeframe of delivery or whatever else going forward, Ill update my review to reflect.

I just bought my glasses because there was a "special" for.....buy one get a 2nd pair for free. Low and behold I started looking at a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses. So I ordered my 1st pair bc I couldnt decide on a 2nd pair yet. My first pair cost about $432 for frames and lense....thinking I was going to get the 2nd pair for free. I ordered the 2nd pair and they charged me another $286. The sales lady told me the ad is NOT for a free pair of glasses....just $200 off the 2nd pair. My glasses came, and they girl there could not adjust my glasses to fit me.....I had to take it somewhere else to get it fitted. My 2nd pair is still not here....and it has been almost 4 weeks! To add to that, I got the thin lense for my first pair of glasses.....when I got it....the lense was so thick it bulge out of the frame. I asked them why the lense are so thick, and they said that I got the thicker one of the 2 or 3 thin ones. I didnt know there were 3-4 levels of thickness......I just wanted the thin lenses. I took my receipt to another shop and told me iSight overcharged me for supposedly thin lenses, anti-flective, and protective coating.....my lense alone cost me $350......and they are not even thin!!!!! This place overcharges you to compensate for the supposedly "free" glasses that you are suppose to get...... I am never going there again and I dont recommend anyone going there. This place is gonna keep going out of business if this continues....

We were a long time customer till they decided they didnt want us as customers. Scheduled an appointment for Tues, March 29th, a day I could get off from work, they called a week in advance and had to reschedule to Friday April 1st, rearranged schedule to accommodate them, a week in advance AGAIN, they called and wanted to reschedule since they couldnt keep the appointment. Felt it was completely pointless to reschedule and adjust our schedules, now have to find a new provider, one that appreciates its customers and not expect them to keep rearranging schedules to accommodate their business.

I have been waiting for my glasses for about a month now. Somehow they made the mistake of never receiving the work order to make them. That was after two weeks. Then they said I had to come back in before they make my glasses, because my insurance changed. That was after another week. I went in a week ago, and brought my new insurance card in. They still do not have my glasses. I would never recommend this place to anyone, although the staff was friendly, I will never go back.

I had been looking for a new optometrist with a good selection of glasses to choose from. I have a small face and often have to choose from the childrens glasses. There was an entire wall of petite frames to choose from and with the help of the ladies there I was able to find a great pair of glasses. I had my eye exam since they took my insurance and I had my glasses in earlier than promised. Great overall experience with friendly staff...Ill definitely be back next year!

I was looking for sunglasses and didnt want to go for the usual Ray Ban frame. I spotted the store and some pretty cool frames from bands I hadnt seen before while waiting for an oil change right across the street. The front desk told me they could squeeze me in for an eye exam within the hour. While waiting for the exam they helped me find a great frame for a great price. I picked it up a few days later and can only recommend the place!

Very happy with all the help they gave me with my safety glasses for work that I even purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses.... and now Im looking at everyday eye glasses. Great looking frames, good customer service. Thanks for the help!

I would recommend this store to anyone! They have a large selection of frames! I needed to order my glasses before my vacation and they got there within three days! Great staff, they were super helpful! Again, I would recommend to anyone!!!
