This place takes advantage of people. Worse service ever and over priced. They will keep rescheduling your appointment and continue to charge you with out giving any results. Got charged 100 for the first visit on a friday and was told it was important to return immediately to keep the retina detaching(permanent loss of vision) , so we were scheduled for Tuesday. When Tuesday came they told us we dont know why you cant see this visit was $92 Come back Thursday and we will try again for another $100. I would recommend the vision clinic, $74 did 3 more test than collins eye clinic and they were able to find the problem (THE FIRST TIME). Same yourself time and money avoid this place like the plague.

The service I received from the eye doctor was excellent. I cannot say the same about the front desk, I was very disappointed in their service. Their reception area does not seem knowledgeable about insurance, their online web portal, or patient documents. I did not feel treated with respect when I had questions about any of these topics. It seemed like they did not care to help or try to find the answer, however, I would recommend the eye doctor.

I had a new visit with Collins Eye Clinic last week, and I was VERY pleased! Everybody in the office was so helpful! I felt very comfortable with the whole staff! I felt like the doctor really took his time with me, and answered any questions I had. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic!

These people are crooks! All they do is charge charge charge you and you get poor care, and have to go back for corrections just to get charged again. You can seriously get better results at wal-mart, and thats sad. Avoid this place.
