This is seriously the best eye doctor I have ever had. I have a rare eye disorder so I have spent half my life visiting eye doctors, and Dr. Moline is by far the most welcoming, friendly and personable of them all. He explains things very well, listens attentively, and will go out of his way to make you feel as comfortable as you possibly can at the eye doctor. If you are in the Roseville area and are looking for a good eye Doctor, I highly recommencement Dr. Moline at Twin Lakes Eye Center.
