I went there yesterday. Myself, my daughter and my boyfriend. It didnt take long which I thought was weird. And when she came in she pretty much told us to keep doing what were doing and we will be fine. I didnt believe that because my daughter was sick for 4 days prior. So today I took her to her doctor. She ended up with strep, ear infection and nose infection. I am so pissed with this place. This is my child, Im a mother I could tell my daughter didnt feel good but I couldnt tell why. I will never go back to this place. I feel like they just wanted my money. My daughter is my entire life and I would be crushed if anything happened to her. I am editing this because they did reach out to me and am not charging me for the services since i had to take my daughter somewhere else. I really appreciate them reaching out to me. Show me they really did care. I was really upset just because of my daughter. I will go back again since they did reach out to me. Thank you.

I came in the morning soon after opening and they had me out in time for work in the afternoon. The staff was empathetic and sensitive to my difficulty explaining symptoms, and embarrassment over answering personal questions. I was given advice, a quick prescription for an infection, and told that I didnt have an emergency problem (Id been concerned it was a burst fibroid) so I should see about getting a regular general practitioner. I appreciated the honesty and their mindfulness of the bill by not giving me unnecessary tests, which can get you in trouble at these places. Wait time was non-existent. That was my non-emergency experience there- YMMV, of course. Would recommend.

The doctor told me to come back if I wasnt better in 8 days so I did. I show up and there is people in the waiting room and the doors arent opening. There is a sign on the door that says "closing due to weather" but doesnt say what time they are closing. So I called to ask and she said theyre already closed. So I drove here for nothing and didnt slide once. Hwy here wasnt bad only my own street was bad. If you tell me to come back in 8 days you should make an exception. Never coming back here again.

I took my son to Liberty Hospital Urgent Care this morning. The ladies at the front desk were very efficient, and we were checked in and taken back to the exam room within 5 minutes of our arrival. Dr. Moretina was WONDERFUL! My son was in a lot of pain and she was as gentle as possible, given the circumstances. She took time to answer all of our questions regarding his follow up care and medication. We had a great experience at Liberty Hospital’s Urgent Care! I highly recommend them!

The receptionist Brenda seemed a little stuck up when checking me in. Appointment was at 10:15 it is now 10:20 and i got here at 9:40 to check in. Nothing urgent about this place. Didnt get proper diagnoses the first time neither. They called me on a Sunday to tell me what i had already known which was not good news. Still waiting as I write this and other people that walked in have already been back which makes no sense.

The nursing staff is nice and the facility is clean. The physician assistant, Heather, doesnt know health and has lost compassion. They will milk you for all the Co pays they can get and dont care about people. I will have to go somewhere else after them not properly treating me. Dont take your babies or any of your loved ones here. They always prescribe the most expensive medication. I truly am disappointed.

FNP Heather is the BEST NP we have ever had. She treated my daughter like she was the most important person in the room and connected with her on her level. She answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was wasting her time or that she had more important things to do. We will definitely see her again.

Conference Room

Russell from the billing department does not return phone calls. Kind of important when the wrong insurance is billed, and I get a bill in the mail for the entire service amount. Please get a billing department who is more helpful. Other than the billing department being completely unhelpful, I love this office.

What an awesome place! After having cut myself accidentally and needing some stitches, my husband drove me to LHUC. In literally a matter of minutes, I was seen and had the stitches in my hand. Dr. Jennifer Moretina was wonderful. Best experience Ive ever had after a minor accident.

The receptionist, Denise was so good at her job. She was friendly, funny and very helpful. I appreciated that when I wasnt feeling good. This was my first visit to the Urgent care, and it was a good one. I will definitely remember it, if I need it again.
