They send you in and out as fast as possible, without taking the time to really try and help you. Anything that might be a little complicated, they send you somewhere else. Went in today for throat, explained my situation several times, that this is a recurring problem, what Ive done and what has helped before. No comments on anything, had to peel out any explanation, and was sent away with nothing prescribed and suggestions to do exactly what Ive done that I said has not worked. Completely useless visit. Complained, and just got lectured on why I was wrong. This is my last visit here.

Had no issues with the medical staff, but will not go back because of the business office. I was billed by Lakewood health and Lakewood dermatology and ive been trying to get the referrals, insurance, and clinic to agree on what I need to get to have the visits covered. This has been going on since November of 2015. I call about the bill, talk to referring clinic, talk to insurance, and the bill just keeps coming. HELP!!!! If they turn this over to collections or report as a slow pay I will be visiting the office in person and will not be quiet.

The doctor, oh no excuse me, I guess I dont get a doctor anymore. The physicians assistant diagnosed me with the flu in July when I had a tick bite on my back and lyme symptoms. I went home and got sicker and sicker. Went to a diff. clinic and was diagnosed with lyme disease. Then, I get all the bills from Lakewood and they are confusing and not all inclusive. Just because you pay one in full, doesnt mean you dont owe them more money. And they will send you to collections and take your state refund. Not a good company of people.

This is the worst place its is currently 2:05 and Im waiting on my appointment from 12:40. I broke my finger and one would think ahh ok its a finger...but staples is not adequately equipped for even that. One broken finger led to surgery and pins and serious infection. 2nd surgery for infection and er for a weekend and then 30 days of driving to the hospital for iv infusions!!!!! BUT get this HAHA my finger is still broke...

WORST BILLING DEPARTMENT EVER! Sent to collections while making payments. Billing staff cant undo their mistake. They made other mistakes before I decided to never go there again. I would only suggest going here if you preferred a certain doctor and paid cash at time of service.

This is where my doctor is. Also, Lakewood diagnosed and treated my brother in law for cancer after another health care system sent him home untreated. Unfortunately he waited too long to seek a second opinion. He received excellent care at Lakewood.
