I have randomly used their Doggy Daycare services. While I choose not to utilize their vet services, I provided proof from my own vet of vaccinations and tests and made sure that Red Bridges files were updated. However, a rather crotchety and rude member of their staff called me at work after having dropped off my dog just thirty minutes prior that morning to inform me that my dog wasnt "up to date" on her shots. My animal is current on all health screenings and vaccines...except the ONE that Red Bridge would be happy to give her while shes there....Canine Influenza. Most everyplace Ive taken my dog for classes or daycare DOES NOT require this vaccine. Even my Vet didnt recommend it at the height of the flu season. I found this particular staff member to be very rude and pitching services that I feel are not required. Also, their staff must not be properly trained. All of this could have been avoided when I provided them the health update on her prior visit. I wont be taking my animal back to this facility in the future.

Let me first say that we have always had a great experience with Dr. Rad. We love him. However, I will never go to Dr. Ebeling again. I took my dog in because he hurt his back. Dr. Rad was not available so we saw Dr. Ebeling. He diagnosed him with a slipped disc and prescribed an anti-inflammatory and pain medicine. When I called to let him know that he wasn’t better and that he hadn’t gone to the bathroom in 4 days, he had the receptionist tell me there was nothing else he can do and that I should call a surgeon. I went to get a second opinion and the new vet gave my dog steroids and laser therapy. He is confident that my dog can make a full recovery and he is on his way. I am really disappointed at the way Dr. Ebeling handled my situation and that he gave me no other option other than surgery. I felt completely abandoned by him. He didn’t even care enough to tell me himself that he was giving up, he had the receptionist do it.

I am so saddened to see bad reviews for this clinic. We took our dogs to this clinic for years. The drs. and staff were wonderful!! We had to say good bye to our dog at the office. When I came back with a new puppy, they were always sensitive, and did not put me in the room where we told our boy goodbye. I no longer live in KC. I have called twice since I moved out of state. My first call was for guidance on flea preventive. Just wanted guidance from a receptionist. Dr. Rad called me back, and spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me. Above and beyond what I expected! Just called to ask the name of the medication my dog took to help his arthritis. The receptionist knew immediately who I and my dogs are. If I ever moved back to KC I would go back to this clinic in a heartbeat. Took me two vets to find a dr. in my new city that I trust as much as I trust the drs at this clinic.

We recently switched to Red Bridge A.C. on the referral of a friend. Best decision we have made in a while! Beautiful clinic, inside & out. The clinic and waiting area doesnt smell, Dr. Rad was wonderful---super-educated, well-spoken......and what a way with animals! The nurse/receptionist who processed our paper work was very friendly and gave us a complete run down of the clinic, the hours, etc. And the hours should be mentioned---they are open till 8pm most nights (!!!) and include Saturday hours too....a real plus for the working crowd. Finally, their prices were completely reasonable and we didnt feel pressured to get shots for our (12 year old) dog that werent really necessary. This staff loves animals...its obvious from the minute you walk in. Stop looking for a vet clinic and give them a call today. :)

Great Clinic and Staff. Front desk is very friendly and makes sure you are greeted and taken care of once you walk in. As far as animal care, they are the best. Dr. Miller is our vet and takes care of all our animals. We have been to many vets in the Kansas City metro but would have to say this clinic ranks far above the rest. And of course all of their prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend this clinic to any of my family and friends.

Dr. Rad takes care of all four of our doggies. He is kind and patient and always returns calls even if it is after hours. I am a bit neurotic about my dogs and he allows for that in his heart. We highly recommend him to everyone. All the staff are wonderful, really wonderful. Just cant say enough good things about this practice.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Rad for almost 20 years. He is by far the best in Kansas City. I have also referred friends to him and they have come to love him as well. You cant find another vet as knowledgeable, skilled and most of all compassionate as Dr. Rad.

This practice is amazing. I have been taking my family pets here for almost 30 years. They are so compassionate when it comes to your pets and know your name even if they havent seen you in a while. I have had to put a few dogs down and they are very comforting.

Wonderful staff, great prices, evening appointments available. Even when we moved several minutes away, I still find it to be worth the drive for the best care! They treat our 2 dogs with so much love and care. We just love Red Bridge Animal Clinic!

Dr Rad has been amazing over the last few years with my two pups. The ladies up front are always helpful and nice. They do an amazing job with nail trimming too, which is something I struggle with. Overall all my visits have been top notch.

My 6lb Maltese shtizu goes here for day care. $15.00 a day cant be beat! she is happy well cared for and does well now with big dogs. she gets socialization drom all sizes and breeds and isnt dog shy anymore .

They did a great job treating my moms dogs broken leg. They were attentive and patient, and handled Waffles with exceptional care. Waffles didnt like her cone, but thats part of the price of a broken leg.

Dr. Miller is the best vet I have ever been to! He took care of my precious cat, Stella, and I will not take her to anyone else! We had a laser declaw done and multiple shots administered.

Red Bridge Animal Clinic has always provided great care at a very reasonable price for our two cats. They can get us in fairly quickly even for a routine visit or a procedure.

Nice people, gentle but firm Vets, pretty easy to get an appointment. Dont try to contact or schedule online though, theyll just immediately call you.
