After learning my kitty had a bladder blockage I brought him to the emergency clinic. the next morning they recommended that I bring him to a vet to be supervised for the next couple of days. After calling around to see if we could get in around the town that I live in we had no luck with finding a vet that would take us in because we were not established with them. I then called Angel Animal Hospital and they took me right in. I am so impressed with their customer service and their compassion that they showed towards my kitty. That night Doctor Flanthers recommended that I bring him back to the emergency clinic to have more supervision overnight but unfortunately I didnt get off work until after they close. She graciously volunteered to drive him over there herself. Without her and her team my kitty may not have made it. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you guys have done!

Really appreciate the e-mail updates. My dog cant talk, which is too bad since shed make me a millionaire if she could, so an e-mail reminder for vaccines is perfect. It also saves the environment a little by eliminating a postcard from the landfill. And for the people that said they felt guilted into buying more shots, etc. Thats called educating the pet owner on all the options. Ive learned so much from AAH that no other vet ever offered to teach me. Bought one service (nail clipping) and didnt some others. No big deal. Nice to meet someone who wants the best for my best friend. Highly recommend AAH!

What??!!! Im not sure who these people are talking about. Every time I go in I have an excellent visit. Not only are all the girls there exceptionally caring and compassionate, but they are also honest with us (hard to say about a lot of businesses). They dont "make" me do anything I dont want to! In fact, I always know what services my dog will be receiving that day bc they outline it along with how much I will be spending. You can say "pushy", "money hungry", or whatever you want to. Thats just not the case at all. I will continue to use Angel Animal Hospital for the rest of my dogs long and happy life!!!

Words can not describe how grateful to Dr. Flathers, I truly am. After only seeing my Baby she went beyond her job. Im a truck driver and my Baby got deathly ill while I was on the road. Dr. Flathers helped us and even called on her home time to check on Baby. When it was apperant I couldnt afford all that we needed to do to find out what was wrong, Dr. Flathers helped me say goodbye to my beautiful best friend of 12yrs. Thank You for all you and your staff did. I will be seeing you next week when I bring my new Two baby boys to you!! I wont ever take my animals to anyone else!!!

I appreciate this place so much!! Not only once, but TWICE I have gone to Angel Animal Hospital in a desperate time of need! The first time I called with my sick dog and they got him in the same day, bc i was so concerned. The second time, I just showed up with my very injured little yorkie... and they worked her right in immediately! They do not push treatment on you. They let you know what the very best treatment the Dr recommends, and let you choose what you want to do. I feel like the Dr treats my pets as she would render treatment to her own.

This was the ONLY vet that would see me on a same day basis. I called all over Springfield but no vet would see me for at least five days. My kitten (Moe) was very sick but they worked me in and saw to my little kittens needs the very day I called in. I will be using Dr. Flathers for all of my pets in the future. The staff is friendly and explained everything to me and Dr. Flathers was very down to earth when talking with me about my little Moe. Great place!

Cant agree more with JoeCustomer. Very pushy and money hungry. Try to guilt you into paying for more shots/services. Ive taken my dogs to AAH for 10 years and have never been treated like this. This happened last year and we gave them another chance and this year was way worse. Never will I take my animals back to Angel Animal Hospital.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dr flathers worked wonders and went to great lengths to save my dogs life. We just got him home today and we couldnt be happier with all shes done and the great recommendations she gave. Also some very sweet techs who my dog even developed a liking to! LOVE ALL THEY DO

What a great vet. Ive known her for years and it shows how much Dr Jane Flathers loves what she does. She keeps up on the latest info on cats & dogs. I have recommended her to many of my friends who were looking for new veterinarians having been unhappy with their old vets. Great place, great people.

If you are interested in integrative therapy for your pet such as Acupuncture and/or Chiropractic care, I highly recommend Dr. Nie. He is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain his patient care plans with you. Has only the very best intentions for the quality of health for your pet.

(April Land) I love this place. Dr. Flathers is thorough in her examinations and has always been great with my pets. They call and check on your pets after appointments and offer assistance or refills on meds when needed. Id recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Flathers is amazing! Shes very loving and caring and always wants whats best for pets and their owners. She even managed to get my very leery, not very nice dog to let her pet him. The ladies at the front desk are always very sweet too.

Dr. Jane and her staff is amazing. They handled a large puppy with ease and worked with me and my special requests on a budget. She is great! I refer my friends to her husband for chiropractic for their pets. He is very knowledgeable!

Seems b continued issue with front desk staff, phones and attitudes not mention some not listening. Doc seems b ok but always rushed so speak. Place very dated considering what u pay n u can go elsewhere 4 same amount n place is updated.

Dr. Nie goes beyond conventional medicine. My home vet sent us home to die, but Angel is just getting started. My dog has already improved. I want to encourage everyone to consider holistic medicine both to prevent & manage diseases.
