Went in today, was told there was 2 people in front of me and that they would see me shortly. Waited 2 hours. The 2 people ahead of me went in and out with no problem, then 4 more people went in that came in after me. When asked why, the receptionist without a care in the world said they have priority over me. They either had appointments or were established patients. She could not disclose that information to me and that it was my fault for not calling ahead. Well if I had known that I would not have waisted 2 hours of my life, for a practice that clearly does not have my best interest at heart. Bad attitude from the receptionist. Walked out and never going back.

Since the current reviews are very old I will post. I met with a lovely gentleman, Dr. Romy. His assistants were very polite and when I met with him we had a wonderful conversation and he listened to what I had to say about my eyes. I didnt feel rushed and he made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone with questions or discomfort around the process of glasses.

While Dr. Romy park is great, her one receptionist was rude. After politely calling that I might be 2-5 minutes late bec of traffic caused by a car accident, ordered me to ge there as soon as possible in an in polite tone. They should have thanked me for letting them know. Poor customer service. Would delete comment if given an apology but that is a lost skill these days.

Dr. Park is an absolute delight, very professional, very caring. Talked to each of us at great length about our eyes as if we were the only patients in the world, yet took no more time than necessary to do a superb job. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend her, or to return. Her staff is equally professional, efficient, competent, and great fun.

Have been using Dr Romy for years, her staff has always been great and Dr Romy has always answered all my questions and has never made me feel rushed. I have an appointment today, even though I wont be seeing Dr Romy herself, I do hot have any qualms about how I will be treated.

Dr. Romy Park and her staff are very professional. Medicare covered her examination fee. She had examined my eyes in 2009. She discussed my eye health changes and the new prescription. I will always go to Dr Park for my annual exams and refer her as a very competent Optometrist

I was very pleased with the service here. I didnt have an appt when I came in but the staff was very nice and happy, and tried their best to get me in as soon as they could. And they did, with in 15 minutes. Great experience! I would recommend this doctor!

Worst "Doctor" I have ever been to!!! She talks to you in a very condescending demenor. Absolutly horrible and very unprofessional. I walked out and wished I had waited for another appointment elsewhere, so should you!

Only customer, went in for just eye exam took 1 hour 40 minutes waiting for something that took them 5 minutes work everyone talking on the phone not doing anything
