To who it may concern. I called this morning at 10:26am to make an appointment for Sat. 3/21 I was told there was nothing available even though your website stated you had availability. The person who answer the phone was not very customer service driven and simply told me it was not available when I told her about the website she said and I quote "I dont know, Im telling you its not available" Wow lady, Im just trying to let you know what your website states. My four girls, fiancé and I have been coming here for a few years now and I havent had a bad experience since three years ago, but I see now that we are back to the same nasty service I received back then. It is ashamed that you will loose 6 patience because of the lack of customer service skills in your staff. Thank you for your time.

I scheduled my children and I to be seen for exams. It was our first visit and we seen Dr. Hartman. I am very pleased with our visit. He is very nice and explained everything too me. My kids also though he was awesome. He made them feel comfortable and that made me happy especially since my daughter and son were nervous before we got there. All of the assistants were very friendly.If your looking for a great optometrist I highly suggest Dr. Hartman. Unfortunately, I can not speak for the other doctor since we didnt meet him. I scheduled on the same day (Saturday) while every other optic shop is unavailable. They accommodated me even near the closing hours. Dr. Hartman is a cool guy and made sure I got the right prescription. Joyce helped me choose the perfect shades from their wide selection. Btw they have a lot of Oakleys and Ray-bans for eyeglass snobs out there. My only gripe is that the lens prices are too high but probably all brick stores are same in that regard.

Optic Gallery is the best by far experience I have ever had in a visit to the eye doctor. My doctor, Todd Hartman is excellent and the staff is friendly and very professional. I have already recommended Optic Gallery to several of my co-workers and at least three that I know have visited and had their exams at one of the locations in Las Vegas

I found Todd Hartman, O.D. of Optic Gallery Centennial (Ann/95) while searching for nearest glasses shop. I was given an appointment and was seen on time. I am presently testing a pair of contact lens, and have a prescription for new glasses. Also, I had the staff adjust my old frames, something the shop that sold them could not do correctly.

Dr. Radtke is great but dont buy your glasses here. They are terribly overpriced and I have been waiting 2 weeks without glasses. They tell me they should be in soon but dont know when.

Super friendly Doctor, for once had an exam that I wasnt being rushed to answer which option was clearer. Awesome Staff! Very little wait time and Saturday hours are a bonus.
