The optometrist receptionist is horribly rude. Called to make an appointment and wouldnt let me finish my sentence when asking if they took my vision insurance. The staff helping with glasses are wonderful however, and are always happy to help! They even leave my glasses extra clean! :)

I thought I was the only one and then I checked the reviews. Terrible customer service!!!!! Theyve treated me horribly and I witnessed them treat other people with zero respect and patience! The price almost isnt worth it.
