I would honestly rate this place 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment I was running late for and called an hour in advance to let them know and see if I should reschedule my appointment or continue on my way, no one answered and I left a message requesting a call back and then called several other times with the same no answer. When I arrived I had said that I was late and had called and requested a call back, and the receptionist very rudely told me she had received my message but had no reasoning on why she didnt call me back besides I was going to be late and would have to reschedule. But apparently that didnt warrant enough importance to call back and to be treated super rudely in the office as well. I understand I was running late due to traffic on 95 but for her to acknowledge she had received my call but to do nothing about it beside tell me it didnt matter because I was late is completely unprofessional and as a store manager for a Luxottica owned brand I cant imagine they would ever be okay with hiring associates such as these.

If I could give zero starts I would. The staff is rude not very friendly. You are rushed through your visit. They dont care for you as a person and address your concerns. It doesnt feel like they know what theyre doing or taking care of you. They ordered my contacts and I wore them for a couple weeks at their insistence cuz I needed to get used to them. When I finally couldnt take it anymore I went back in told them the change to these new contacts and brand were not working. Problem was....they ordered me and gave me the completely wrong contacts. This is one of many examples from this place. Gave them more than one chance and they only got worse. Dont recommend at all!!

This office fraudulently billed my account in 2014 and had to refund me. I decided to try again today . They again tried to tell me my benefits were different then they were. When I called to make them aware I was wrong about something but they were wrong somewhere else. Kim decided to talk over me and correct my grammar. Most unprofessional place I have ever seen. Same thing happened to a friend of mine a few weeks back. This office used to be difficult to get into and no wonder why they have appts available so frequently now.

Their service is very poor and they usually have uneducated people working there with awful attitudes. A lot of the employees are very odd and left me wondering what drug they were on and some smell as if someone should introduce them to a bar of soap. The workmanship is horrible my wife and I had glasses made there and returned both of them because of improperly made lenses for single vision.

Great doctors, great team! Have been going there for 10+ years for exam and contact prescriptions. Find doctors friendly and helpful. Seem to keep up on technology and explain things to me clearly. Would highly recommend Fox Run Eye Care.

They totally skipped over my appointment and didnt realize till I had to say something a half an hour later. Used to have far more professional staff at the optometrist.
