Where do I began this was by far the worst experience Ive ever encounter. My dental apt was scheduled 2 weeks in advance for 1:45. I was called two hours prior asking if I could come in at 1:00 instead. I told them I couldnt and they agreed to the original time. I was called once again five minutes prior to 1:45. I didnt answer because I was parking my car. I told the lady at the front desk that I been there four years ago. However they couldnt find my charts nor my Xrays so I completed a new patient form. As I am writing down my information I was approached by the dental hygienist. She said dont worry about that you can complete the paperwork afterwards. I found that strange because patients always complete paperwork first, before seeing the doctor. She was in a rush and stated that Ive been waiting for you since 1 pm. I said my apt was at 1:45 not 1pm. She almost forgot to put the plastic cover on the xray machine!! and she did a slovenly and hastily job with cleaning my teeth, it was less than 10 minutes. Who cleans someone teeth less than 10 minutes. I stated to her that was the fastest cleaning I have ever had. She said its ok and than the dentist came in. He also was in a rush and didnt explain much of the condition of my teeth at all. He just stated that I had a cavity and should come back and see a oral surgeon. I told him about the sloppy and brief job that the dental hygienist did. He said that my teeth still had food particle left in. The dental hygienist came back in after he left to do what she didnt do the first time. SMH. She still did a slovenly job and I said to her why are you rushing, she just looked at me and stated Im not rushing with a frustrated tone. I never finish completing the paperwork nor did I sigh the financial responsibility. I told the lady at the front desk that I am very dissatisfy and will file a formal grievance with my insurance regarding the dental service that I had. I absolutely will never ever go back to that unprofessional facility again, and never recommend anyone to go there. The lady shouldnt work there if she felt like that and should go back to school, so she can learn how to clean teeth properly. I will make sure that Aetna wont give them a penny for that sloppy and careless work, by filing a grievance against KK Dental. I will go back to Dr.Banker in Elizabeth where the dentist and dental hygienist there are more knowledgeable and professional. Only rated a star because I couldnt post without rating!!

Without a doubt, the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and INEPT medical office Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with! The people that work there must not have two brain cells to rub together. I unfortunately went there once... After they had issues figuring out my insurance (a major carrier), I was finally able to see the dentist. When I scheduled a follow up appointment, they proceeded to get the time and date wrong FIVE separate times! They constantly canceled and rescheduled it, and when I would call them to confirm the appointment, whomever I spoke to (every time) would have no idea what I was talking about. I finally told them I was taking my business elsewhere, and fortunately found a much better dentist with a professional staff. I thought that would be the end of KK Dentals ineptitude, but that was wishful thinking. They have repeatedly sent me appointment cards, called me about appointments, and sent me emails. Every time I have told them I am NOT a patient of theirs, and to take me off every mailing/calling list they have. Yet, its almost a year later and theyre STILL making me appointments and calling me! How are there this many idiots working in one location? Ive asked to speak to the office manager, and been lied to about who that is. What is WRONG with this terrible staff?? DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING- YOU WILL REGRET IT! I sure do.

Today I was there for an emergency visit. My original dentist could not help me with the problem I was having and sent me to your periodontist for help with a foreign body in my gumline. I was in excrutiating pain from the splinter in my gum. Eveyone in the office is so fiendly. Eveyone made me feel so comfortable in the office. I was given forms to fill out and they were easy and if I was not sure of something the receptionist took the time to explain it to me and make things even easier than they already were. My problem was that I forgot my reading glasses and your staff was able to help me out. I cant wait to return for a cleaning in May. And I am now going to switch from my other dentist to your office. I am having the records sent to your office tomorrow. Your office has the doctors to make this a one stop Dental facility. If you need a dentist for basic cleaning, there is one there. If you need the specialist for any other issues, you have one there. The office is close to home, too. I just loved it at the office today. My visit was in the Somerset location and I will forever be your patient as long as you continue to accept my dental insurance plan. Thank you so much for letting me give you my opinion and I am honored to do this survey! I loved my day today at your Dental Office!!!!!!

Every time i walked out of KK Dental, their A+ type service made me feel Happy Happy!!. My experience - Dental Treatment - Rajdeep, dental hygienists service every time was so Excellent with WOW factor. All my clarifications are answered and taking time to educate me on good practices for tooth and gums, say it be floss or quicker recovery after the treatment and the reference material to check online is awesome. She encourages and engages in the conversation and i keep learning new things, every visit. The best part is i get first time patient experience every visit. Keep up the good work Rajdeep!!. Billing - The insurance and billing assistant taking time to explain things every time on demand depending on the treatment. Notification - Appointment remainder on mobile and email is good and help us prep. Reschedule - Rescheduling is friendly and Limited Waittime When your service is so good, I am wondering why ur Display Panel in Stelton Road, Edison has faded out and can hardly read anything from that. Fixing it may give few lead for new customers, just like me willing to bring my Friends. - KN

Very unfair ; First they made my husband wait for more than an hour on a particular day when they had given us the appointmnent; Then they asked him if he could come the next day and would not have to wait ; This time my husband took appt. for both of us ; Again we were asked to wait and there was only one doctor who was attending to like 5 patients; They made us wait for over an hour ; They took me inside and took the xray ; Have no clue why xray was taken ; they did the same with my husband ; then again we waited for an hour ; We decided to not wait any more and told the doctor we were leaving ; They gave us the xray copy vide email after like a week or so ; This copy was not helpful to the other dentist who we went later that week ; we asked kk dental to not charge us for this ; since the xray taken by them was of no use.. But they were so non cooperative and they are charging us money for both.. They are cheats .. please beware
