I have been taking my animals here for almost ten years and they always take great care of them. My shi-poo always gets scared and makes a mess but they always treat us great no matter what. They are very caring and friendly people and they are very reasonable when its comes to the price of my bill. Thanks for caring for snowflakes this morning, Our five year old female shi-poo . She is doing better already and you even cut her nails :) thank you so much

Been there 3 times first two times were not bad I actually Liked the way the doctor cared for my dog..The spanish receptionist was also very polite..The third time the experience was BAD THE DOCTOR THERE THAT DAY WAS DISCOURAGING AND DIDNt LET ME GET MY THOUGHTS TOGETHER BEFORE I PURCHASED ALL THE STUFF HE SAID MY DOG NEEDED..THE AFRICAN AMERICAN RECEPTIONIST WITH THE CANE WAS VERY NASTY..I WONt EVER RETURN TO THAT PLACE AGAIN!!!

I would like to thank Chancellor Animal Hospital and their staff for saving my Chocolate Labrador Coco life. Coco needed a life saving emergency surgery that I couldnt afford. I had Coco for 11years since she was 2 months and I did not want to lose her. Dr. Santiago perform the surgery even though I did not have the money for this surgery. I am for ever grateful to Dr.Santiago and his staff. I cant forget Dr. P. Thank you all.

I came here to diagnose my cat who ended up having HIP. The doctor was very good at diagnosing and the prices were very cheap compared to bergen county prices. I got a second opinion at a specialist and it ended up being $600 to get the same diagnosis this doctor gave me for $90. He was very sincere and patient. However, cheap comes at a price- the office isnt very nice.

Dr. Pathak is a rude, thoughtless, vile excuse for a vet. He had the audacity to tell my parents that they did not care about our dying cat. He has been making rude and insensitive remarks to my family for years. If you want to be verbally abused while going through the trauma of losing your pet, then Dr. Pathak is your man!

Not informative to their own procedures and not certain for the care of animals. Get feeling Vet. are not very acknowledge to care for animal. In for just the money. Nonprofessional staffs including VET - I will not recommend pet owners to take their pets here - run as fast as can with pet.

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Very reasonable prices, and unlike some vets, they dont play games with jacking up the price by running costly, unnecessary diagnostic testing. Love the walk in hours, especially on Saturday.
