I cannot praise Prospect Ridge Veterinary enough. Dr Cappiello and her staff have been wonderful with both of my cats. They are very knowledgeable, communicative, and caring. I switched to their office a few months ago after my one cat started to have some neurological health issues. I had been using a vet before this who while good, was located where I used to live over a half hour away. I wanted to find someone closer to home that I could easily reach. Through out the process of trying to find out why my cat was having his strange symptoms that eventually evolved into seizures; Dr Cappiello did a ton of research. Not only did she get have testing done and explained what all of the various results meant but she ran all of his results past different neurologists and experts in the field to further understand what was going on. She and her staff checked in frequently and listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. While the end result is my cat has a chronic health issue that can’t be cured, he is doing much better. I am happy knowing both of my cats have a great veterinarian whom I can trust.

I have recently discovered PRVH after it opened up just down the road from my home. I checked out Dr. Cappiello as closely as I could before taking my dog and am delighted to say that Ive been very happy with her and her staffs service. Each person that I encounter there is a caring and cheerful person who wants to give quality care not only to my pet but also superb service to me. I like Dr. Cappiellos approach to her practice. I feel that she is thorough without being alarmist and I completely trust my dogs care to her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a vet. My one caveat would be that I would like them to use email to deal with my insurance forms or just file them directly for me. It would just make things much easier and Ive had other veterinary practices take care of this.

Go here!!! Look no further!! The facilities are brand new and the attitudes are fresh and inviting. Lucy, our English Mastiff, can be shy but they just brought her right out of her shell! We came in with a severe drooling problem. Dr Cappiello is wonderful and extremely knowledgable. Chatted with us and answered every question and concern. We didnt feel rushed at all and as far as we were concerned Lucy was their only concern. Certainly put my and my husbands minds at ease. We are so happy and feel so lucky to have found them!

We changed vets recently and have found the folks at Prospect Ridge to be caring, knowledgeable and ready to help. We feel very secure having our puppys medical needs treated by this professional and welcoming staff. The office is conveniently located on Route 10 near the border of West Orange and Livingston with ample parking. The facility is new, clean and well lit. Thus far, we are very happy with our choice. I brought all my 3 boys with husband for our first pet Olivers first visit for his first shot. Every staff welcomed us. Doctor and all staffs were very nice and professional. The environment of the office was very clean and atmosphere was filled with pleasure. I feel like I want to come often even this office is a hospital ! When you enter Prospect Ridge you and your pet are greeted by Patti or another helpful member of the staff who will welcome you and take care of any peliminary needs and billing after. Appointments are taken on time and can even be made on short notice if possible. The care your pet receives is top notch.
